Recommend their Double Chicken Avocado Salad. Their Regular Grilled Chicken has gotten kind of Dull. Recommend going inside to Order for their free salsa bar

Their Grilled Chicken isn't what it used to be before the entire franchise decided to update and change their entire look and taste of their restaurants. I recommend their Chicken Salad Bowls or their Tostada bowls if you are looking for something delicious and cheap. I'm not too big of a fan of their 2 piece chicken combos because the portions seem to have shrunk and leave me feeling hungry still. This location is very clean and well stocked I think. I recommend going inside and ordering food if you have a little bit of time because they have a salsa bar inside where you can help yourself to free Salsas and sauces that you just can't get by going through their drive through. Their staff was overall friendly but i'm giving them a 3 star for being very average.

This is our neighborhood El Pollo Loco and have even had them cater for a family party. Always fast and consistent food. The service is always polite and patient with those trying to decide what to order. The chicken pieces are always hot and juicy however if you put some in the refrigerator and go to eat it the next day (even if you warm it in the microwave) the chicken is then dry and all I can say is, eat El Pollo within an hour after getting the chicken as it really is pretty tough the next day!
