I had such a great experience at El Pollo Loco! Not only was the food excellent — fresh, flavorful, and packed with protein — but the service was on another level. They surprised me with free cilantro dressing without me even asking. It might seem like a small thing, but honestly, I don’t think I’ve gotten that kind of thoughtful service anywhere else. That extra attention made the meal feel special, and it’s exactly the kind of detail that makes me want to come back. Highly recommend!

This location killed my love for EPL. I was worried that my experience would be bad, which made it worse because it was.
Made it half way into a Guacamole Chicken burrito before wondering where the guacamole is and opening it up. I find that there is no guacamole in it. There was barely any chicken in it! instead I find a little avocado salsa splashed at the very end of the burrito. Not enough of each to call it was it was, and both chicken & guacamole are in the name!
I will never waste my money here again.

My co-workers and I had a really busy shift all day and into the night. We only had 20 minutes before the next job, and we were all completely famished. I felt bad for us showing up right before closing, but the manager (I think her name was Reyna?) let us order despite it being so last minute. She was extremely friendly towards us, and her kindness really helped us get through the rest of the night afterward. Burritos have never tasted this delicious at this time of the night 😂 Kindness is hard to find these days, especially in the field my co-workers and I are in. My co-workers and I want to express our gratitude to this location and its exceptional manager 👍👍

Just had the worst tostada, I ordered double chicken tostada that was cold and has no chicken . I also ordered churros that was so hard I couldn’t even bite it . It’s like they serve the day leftovers be4 they close
I got food poisoning after my dine in experience on 4/16/2024. I became nauseous immediately after eating . But once I started to walk to my car I immediately started vomiting in the parking lot for at least 4 hours before a family member could come pick me .

Hadn't tried the double chicken bowl before. Now it's my fav thing ever! Used to be tacos al carbon guy. Also excellent btw. Only sad thing is they don't do fries anymore. I loved their fries. But anyways everything is great there. Go back often and try them all til you find your fav.Always friendly staff, good food prepared fast, but not 'fast food '. Check it out...
