My co-workers and I had a really busy shift all day and into the night. We only had 20 minutes before the next job, and we were all completely famished. I felt bad for us showing up right before closing, but the manager (I think her name was Reyna?) let us order despite it being so last minute. She was extremely friendly towards us, and her kindness really helped us get through the rest of the night afterward. Burritos have never tasted this delicious at this time of the night...

Hadn't tried the double chicken bowl before. Now it's my fav thing ever! Used to be tacos al carbon guy. Also excellent btw. Only sad thing is they don't do fries anymore. I loved their fries. But anyways everything is great there. Go back often and try them all til you find your fav.Always friendly staff, good food prepared fast, but not 'fast food '. Check it out...

The food was some of the freshest I've ever had at an El pollo loco, from the chicken to the salsa. Also very well kept and very clean. Rashad and the rest of the employees treated us very kindly and made us feel welcome. Will be back no doubt.
