Came mid afternoon for a reserved table of 11. Weren't ready. Finally found reservation, then placed in path of cold air coming from front door. Now, place wasn't busy. However service was slow. Kept looking for waiter. Missed simple order like water. Salad was very good, other meals were good

We had a 610 pm reservation. The host sat us down at 625pm. We ordered our food at 7pm. The food never arrived including the guacamole which was the appetizer. We left at 830pm. Poor service. Only one waitress serving half the restaurant. Not her fault. Poor planning on part of their management team. Severely understaffed.

Went this past Sunday for brunch to celebrate our friends birthday and had such a great time! The food was great and our server Roberto was amazing. He brought us over the best pancakes and made sure to keep our mimosas going. The manager Joseph was so sweet, stopped by twice to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. They came by to sing happy birthday with a flan and a Mexican hat... it made our friend feel so special. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want good food, a great time and affordable prices!

We've been disappointed in the past, but we needed to eat, so we tried it again. Dinner was really good - I had the sizzling chicken enchiladas - and service was good too. Perhaps last time - a long time ago, with good reason - was an off night.

My party of 9 came to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately thr birthday request was not ignored. Waiter also forgot a few requests too. No one came by to see if we needed anything. Ho hum experience.

Dinner was on point. We had the new rib eye tacos they are very delicious and crispy filled with a lot of guacamole. We got recommend the new lemon drop with raspberry it's very resfreshing. The server was very friendly and attentive.

Waitress was slow at refilling drinks and getting new drinks. We went during the buffet so there was no food being served by her which I why I dont understand the delay.

Checking in was horrible. The hosts at the front desk had little control of what was going on. Even though we had a reservation, we still had to wait almost 40 minutes before being seated even though others with NO reservations & similar size party were seated before us. There was one of host, ‘Senise', I believe her name was, that was helpful and finally seated us.
Food was delicious and our servers were super friendly. Only thing I didn't like was that the front staff didn't explain to us there was an open buffet lol.

Had a horrible experience, drove all the way to Northridge to go to El Torito. Ordered fajitas it took over an hour to get them and when they came, they were cold to the waitress about it. They did nothing.
