Came to celebrate my mom's birthday at El torito! There was no wait and the table was big enough for our big family. I enjoyed the fajitas, whole beans, and tortillas. Salvador our server was very nice and attentive! We enjoyed their singing too!

We had Sherry as our waitress and she was incredible it felt like we were a guest in her home. She really cared about our order and giving us an incredible experience. I will definitely come here again and when I do will request to sit in sherry's section. She is wonderful, fantastic hiring choice!!!

Just want to mention a lady named Madison and another server I forgot her name so sorry !!!. She had a blue shirt and she served us endless mimosas . She was the bestest. Chile relleno to die for! I love to try chili relleno wherever I go. This is your basic El Torito. Yet, the chile relleno was the best I've ever had! How nice to find such a wonderful Mexican place that is excellent and affordable.By the way, the service was fantastic. Also the place is enormous so bring as many as you like! I watched the bartenders at work and they are professionals. They turn out more Margaritas than I've ever seen before!I am absolutely coming back here when I am in the Valley.

The service was good and the waitress was kind. We had a party of seven and they put together different shape and height tables (round with square) which made sitting uncomfortable and awkward. I ordered their albondigas soup since it was a cold rainy day and I was craving a warm soup. I cut into the first meatball and it was raw. I don't mean slightly pink, I mean mushy red bloody beef. I cut into the other 2 and same thing. When I told the staff about it, they said that's just how they make them. I was taken back by their statement and sad that this is their standards. I won't be returning.

The restaurant was practically empty, there were only about two or three other tables, no one was at the entrance receiving, it took them about 40-50 minutes to bring the food and I received some birria tacos that tasted like old meat, dry and with the burnt cheese, the tortilla was so dry that it even broke, the food lacks better quality and more efficiency

Even though the restaurant wasn't packed, the lack of attention from our server Martha was unacceptable. Our server was nowhere to be seen for extended periods, and when she finally graced our table, her disinterest was evident. It's bewildering how even with a reasonable number of diners, we still experienced such neglect. The staff seriously need to reassess their approach to customer service.
