Love how kind and generous the Long-Hair Guy! Fries are super good. I asked if the “House Sauce” was spicy and he gave me some fries and sauce to try! He gave us some fries with chicken while we waited! Definitely coming back.

The guy who took our order was so friendly and attentive - let us take our time ordering and even hooked us up with extra tenders, took the time to show us the kiosk and give us reccomendations. The loaded fries were filling and the chicken was super crispy and fresh, it looks like they fry to order so it wasn't cold even after the drive home. Definitely added to our rotation

Come for the food, stay for the customer service and kindness (read down for that story), but first, the food:
Firebirds is hands down the best chicken in the valley abd when factoring in value/time, is often a much better, more accessible spot than howlin rays. Their chicken is moist, batter is crispy but not overwhelming, and the Nashville seasoning is fire (literally, if you want). Best thing about us is their combo is generally cheaper than other places and tastes better than Dave’s. My buddies and I even went so far as to do a taste test and rankings which resulted in:
1) howlins (but who has time for that)
2 firebirds
3) Dave’s
4) every other mom n pop that shop that we won’t name, including street side stands
Even more impressive: they recently started doing smash burgers which are bomb and many people are in consensus that it’s up there with the likes of For The Win.
Anyway- on customer service: on maybe the first or second week of opening, I decided to try them out and as I was checking out, accidentally tipped $100 on a $13 order. Embarrassed.. I called them to ask if they could cancel and Arvin and Sam the two owners were super kind, understanding, and helped resolve the issue. Since then they’ve been so friendly and awesome that it’s really just the cherry on top of such an amazing establishment. Check them out!!

the loaded fries were so so good. such a large portion too, finished half and took the rest home for dinner that night. the house sauce was also very good as was the coleslaw. only thing i would suggest is make the hot flavor more hot, but even still i thoroughly enjoyed it.

Owner is extremely caring, nice, all of the above. Food was excellent yet lacking that little bit to make it 10/10 (definitely at least a 9/10 it was absolutely delicious!)

Before visiting, someone mentioned that the place is owned by armenians and are very rude. We were a bit reluctant visiting at first but decided to give it a try. Not disappointed at all rather we were impressed by the cleanliness, friendly staff and amazing food. The prices are very good. I got two huge tender tacos with fries for $13 something and my husband got tenders. In $30 we has so much food that we had to pack and take it home. Also got a complementary chicken tender from the owner. Such a kind and welcoming gesture. Their lemon pepper chicken hits different! We are happy we visited this place and we'll be back soon. 10/10 recommended.

Went there today to dine in. Ordered 2x tacos and nashville and lemon pepper tenders. Man o man! This is hands down the best food iv tried in a long time. The lemon pepeer tender was out of this world. Even the slaw was exceptional and me and my wife loved the peace the place holds. Amazing and coming back soon.

On vacation and my family got food from here. It was so good! I highly recommend
I have been eating at Firebirds since they were a small pop-up at a local brewery. The chicken is great. They just added smash burgers to the menu, and those are delicious as well! The owners are really good people, too!

Chicken wings are decent. The tenders are aight, though. Slaw is nah (not good). Fries are bad.If you are hungry, yea, but it’s not hitting like some folks claimed in the comments. Staff was nice.
