I order on uber eats, it took a hour for it to arrive for the burger to be raw! I don’t understand you spend $18 on a burger for it to be half done, it’s absolutely ridiculous

Five guys is awesome! The food is delicious. The service is top-notch. The atmosphere is good, but not great. I wish they had a location near where I live and not over an hour away. That always makes it a rare opportunity for me to be able to eat there. My whole family loves the food. The prices used to be good for what you received. However, now they are higher and really not worth what you receive.

I guess $24.80 is the new normal for a cheeseburger, small fry, and small drink? Not a bad burger but sit down restaurants like Red Robin can still beat this price by close to 10 bucks. How is sit down cheaper than fast food? Don't think I'll be coming back.
