I had a very disappointing experience at H2O Sushi as a delivery driver (DoorDash/Uber Eats). The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They spoke in a very disrespectful way and showed no appreciation for delivery drivers who help bring them business. This kind of attitude makes it hard to do our jobs. I wouldn’t recommend this place to other drivers — not worth the stress.

One of the best parts is that they offer an all-you-can-eat option at a very reasonable price, which makes it a great spot whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or enjoying a full dinner with friends or family. I highly recommend trying their Cooked Salmon Roll and Mexican Roll—both are absolutely spot on! The flavors are balanced, and you can tell everything is made with care. Their appetizers are just as impressive—crispy, delicious, and perfect for sharing. From gyoza to tempura to seaweed salad, everything is a win. The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated, and has a chill, relaxing vibe that makes it a perfect place for both casual meals and special occasions. It’s become one of my go-to spots, and I always leave full and happy. Definitely a must-try if you’re a sushi lover—or even if you’re just getting into sushi!

Very nice place to dine at, and celebrate big occasions here. They accommodated my large birthday party with ease, and were attentive. Their katsu is delicious, and they have great bentos. The sushi is delicious, and they offer takoyaki here, which is delicious. I haven't been back to try their AYCE yet.

On June 29, your server dropped four cokes on my girlfriends dress, and you guys never said sorry or offered a discount on a check of $700 it ruined her whole day
Food was good , service was also good but the men bathroom was disgusting. First time at this restaurant and I was shocked for such a nice place to have bathroom where you couldn’t use it because the toilet was just stuffed w toilet paper and all over the place . And no soap to wash your hands.

She was rude when she told us to wait after we had walked in and waited with no assistance from employees. The environment and food are lovely but the manager significantly worsened our experience. Byron was our waiter and he also improved our experience, great service from him, very attentive.

As a customer who tends to focus on the positive, I have been disappointed by the consistent inaccuracies in my orders at this establishment. Due to its convenient location, I have continued to patronize this business, hoping that the issues would be resolved. However, my orders have been consistently incorrect. I have ordered a simple meal for my two-year-old son, consisting of miso soup, white rice, and extra tofu. Despite offering to pay extra for the additional tofu, I have only received a minimal amount. When I have brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they have apologized and provided a few more pieces. I am puzzled by the establishment's reluctance to provide sufficient tofu, particularly when I am willing to pay extra. This issue has persisted for over 40 visits, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. Furthermore, I have experienced issues with the temperature of the fish and the portion sizes, which are consistently small. The rolls are also overly filled with rice and lack sufficient fish, which I find unacceptable.
I honestly feel sick to my stomach for supporting this business as long as I have.
