We had a great experience! The waiters were extremely kind and the food was to die for! The sushi was fresh and tasted extremely well. Me and my group loved every minute of it! I got the Alaskan roll and it was very savory and delicious! We also had the tempura roll which was equally as amazing! We definitely will be returning!

Every time I try to make a to-go order, they either don’t answer the phone or tell me the wait time is extremely long. Today I called just to order a side of smelt eggs and a side of spicy mayo not even sushi and they said it would still be an hour wait because they’re backed up on to-go orders. I don’t know if they got new management, but if they did, it’s definitely not for the better. This place used to be so much more attentive and reliable, but the service has gone downhill. Really disappointing to see one of my favorite sushi spots turn into this. I’ll be looking for a new place from now on.

I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at this restaurant. From the moment we sat down, the waitress was impatient, dismissive, and made us feel like we were a burden rather than paying customers. When we tried to politely raise our concerns, the manager shockingly told us, “If you don’t like it, you can get up and leave.” That kind of attitude is absolutely unacceptable.
The food was no better. We ordered fish, and it arrived with a strong, unpleasant smell that made it clear it was not fresh. Honestly, it felt as if the kitchen was serving it to us on purpose without any care for quality or hygiene.
Overall, the service was disgusting, the management was rude, and the food was below any reasonable standard. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly will not be coming back.

The worst service I've ever received in my entire life!!! Everything I ask if it can be done they say no and only when I insist on asking the kitchen they say yes. They want to charge extra for everything, their menu is wrong and they don't even have regular bottled water!!! I don't recommend it at all!!!

Sushi is still good along with a fair price but recent negative experience with management due to policies with children (age under 3). Used to eat here often (all you can eat) with my child who would eat a small food side (picky eater who doesn't like sushi at all) but on last visit was required to pay the full price for my child even though they never have nor like sushi. When trying to ask / explain why this was necessary, was essentially told 'tough luck' by the manager which was disappointing, especially since there was a tendency for myself to eat / spend a fair amount of $ here often.
Horrible Lack of management and common sense. First was greeted with hosts trying to explain all you can eat and said since there were 2 adults (doing AYCE) and 2 children doing bento boxes my children were required to be in a separate table (common sense did not prevail). After manager approval they said okay ordered the food and sake and another manager came to us and said no we couldn’t do that and a 12yr old and 2yr old needed to a 39 AYCE. Simply annoying and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with this location. Hakari is a better option.

Nice people except for a young Asian descendant guy, long hair, wearing glasses who was very rude, he shouldn't be working in this place, that's why the 4 stars on service. The rest of the personnel very nice, especially a guy named Jorge from Guatemala, who was very friendly and courteous.

I had a very disappointing experience at H2O Sushi as a delivery driver (DoorDash/Uber Eats). The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They spoke in a very disrespectful way and showed no appreciation for delivery drivers who help bring them business. This kind of attitude makes it hard to do our jobs. I wouldn’t recommend this place to other drivers — not worth the stress.
