Although this place has great service, the food we got is not fresh. The sushi and sashimi is hard to eat, and appears to be stored for more than a couple of days. As a result, me and two others got food poisoning with diarrhea and vomiting. Do not recommend.

Management treats you horrible. My wife didn't get her order after everyone did 10 minutes pass walk to talk to Management they come up so angry and didn't want to acknowledge bad service and she come to out table to accused us because she claim they deliver her food. Never want to go back there.

i used to come here with my family all the time when it was a good sushi restaurant, I would even recommend this place to my friends, but just on sunday, we had an special occasion, my sibling’s bday, and I haven’t been here in a min, we decided to come to get some sushi rolls as we used to do, the atmosphere is just ok, not a vibe anymore just a place to eat, the service was nice, i cant complain, but godly…me and my sibling had this spicy tuna with salmon, it was so bad, the taste and the quality, you can tell that the fish was not fresh anymore, and god knows since when it has been outside without refrigeration, i work in the food industry, as a restaurant you need to be careful with fish or seafood, it needs to be a proper temperature and don’t exceed the 2 hrs limit being outside, that sushi we had was bad, we ate it because we didn’t wanna waste food, or money… that was the worse mistake… few hourse when we got home me and my sibling started throwing up, I spent the whole night vomiting with diarrhea due to the food poisoning, i couldnt even go to work because of it, straight up, throwing up all the sushi we ate during the whole night on sunday, I been sick from my stomach up to this day, now being 4 days with an upset stomach, feeling nauseous, with heartburn and diahrrea , unable to proper eat anything heavy, still with an upset stomach, im taking medicine and my sibling as well, this place has gone bad and their food too, I would not recommend this place, their seafood is bad and they are not careful with it, im so disappointed, and sick which is worse than anything.

My family ordered from O2 on line. The order came on time but there were two items missing. We called and they did make it up, but of course we had to go get the food so we could all eat together. We have ordered from O2 many times before and mostly it was okay. It is convenient, although expensive for what you get. This time the food was just not very good. It all looked dry and not fresh and of course tasted like it. The sushi was small and just did not look appetizing. The Dynamite scallops were tiny and overcooked. I sure hope they do better next time or no more ordering from O2.

The greeters were friendly. The bar was closed at 6pm on a Friday. The sushi bar was open so my date and I sat there. The waitress was super friendly. I got a warm sake for itchy throat, which hit the spot just perfect. I ordered the udon soup. My date got sushi. Everything was tasty. If you are in Northridge and want sushi and drinks. This is the spot.

This place is 5 stars all around. We usually go at lunch for the AYCE menu. The selections are really great if you love sushi, and even if you don’t love sushi, there are a lot of great none sushi items on the menu.
The service was quick and super friendly. I have definitely been to AYCE places they hard judge you for what you get. This place is not like that.

No complaints here! Been going here for years and the rolls/sushi are super tasty! My 2 favorites are the Big Bang and the Mountain roll. Service is great, the atmosphere is decent but it doesn't take away from the experience. Its all about the food, the value (especially the HAPPY HOUR and the AYCE), and the service keeps me coming back!
Parking: It's at a mall, parking can be hard during peak times so get to walking!
