I had an issue with a ham. Sandra reached out to me and immediately offered to replace it (which is incredibly generous in my opinion). The staff were very friendly, the wait time was very short, considering it was just a few days before Christmas. The only issue was the ham (and since the pandemic, they no longer open the wrapping to show you the ham any more) so I will just make sure to check them in the future (although, I've never had an issue prior to this). Overall, I'm extremely impressed with the Northridge location for their prompt action and willingness to make sure I was happy.

Awful stay away

Ham was ok but not worth the one hour twenty minute wait. They need to put a warning on the website that even the prepaid line will take that long

I placed a prepaid HoneyBaked order more than a month in advance and selected a pickup window for the day before Thanksgiving. When I arrived, I expected an express line for prepaid orders, but was told to join the same line as everyone else. The line wrapped around the block and I waited in the cold for more than two hours, even though my order was already paid for and should have been ready during the window the store provided.

HoneyBaked was not transparent about what the pickup process would involve. There was no notice warning customers that they might face a wait of over two hours despite prepaying. Once the payment is taken, customers are left with no choice but to stand in that line. It feels like you are stuck because you already paid and cannot simply walk away.
All for some mediocre ham.

This was their superbowl and they fumbled the game!

If the store cannot handle this volume, it should limit how many orders are accepted per window. The lack of planning, overwhelmed staff, and poor communication created a very disappointing experience. This was not the level of service promised when the order was placed.

I’ll never come here again. What a disaster it is trying to buy a ham here even with a pre order confirmation. It’s just not worth it, they really need a far better system. It took me 1.5 hours to get my purchase two days before Thanksgiving.

I always get the customary Honey Baked Ham sandwich.. had the Monte Cristo sliders.. coffee decent too.

Very cramped space if eating there but the food was very good and service was fine!

Placed on online order to be ready by 11:00 am. Arrived 10 minutes later and the 2 salad and sandwich still were not ready. The young ladies who work here didn’t seem to care that it wasn’t ready and I was told to wait. It’s now 11:20 a.m., and I’m just now receiving my order. Honeybaked is slow; If you order online, give them at least 45 minutes to complete your order! After asking, I just got confirmation from one of the workers, that it’s better to call in and order instead of ordering online. No apology just here’s your food thank you. Have a nice day.

Great food but expensive and worth it!

Why would your website list you open until 6pm if you can't get food after 5pm? There is nothing on your website about the kitchen closing at 5pm. Ridiculous

Great hams! They also serve sandwiches and stuff for lunch, and I think breakfast. Take home meals, etc.

If you have a craving for sweet ham, this is the place! Cozy dining area. Easy parking. I wish their hours were longer though. I had the Honeybaked Feast with generous slices of sweet Honeybaked ham with pineapple and hickory honey mustard, a Hawaiian King bread roll and a choice of one side. The best! Their French toast is made of Hawaiian Kings bread too. Amazing!

They have been amazing. When I had an issue in the past, they resolved it. Food and customer service is absolutely amazing. I love this place!!

They say that they are open till 6 o'clock but they're kitchen actually closes at 5 that should be noted on the website but it is not.
