The food was good, but the service could use some improvement. I had to ask twice for a to-go box, an extra plate, and a water refill because there was no waitress available at the time. Also, there was a mix-up with my order — I asked for French fries but was served hash browns instead. Hopefully, just an off day.

Shout out to my server Maria E. She was keeping it professional, polite, and attended everyone quickly despite it being a busy night. There was a rude lady that wanted to be attended immediately when Maria hadn’t even taken more than 5 minutes and was still polite and apologized to the lady. The lady was throwing a tantrum over a drink that wasn’t even in the menu and stormed out. Some people should just really eat at home if they can’t behave in public. My server didn’t deserve all that. Anyways, I love the servers here. They are so polite and really try their best to attend everyone as quickly as possible. I’ve never had to sit there too long to be attended. And they are very friendly.

Went here for the first time today. To start with, it was freezing in there. Felt like a meat locker. Then the one item I wanted they no longer have on the menu, Nut and Grain pancakes. My friend waned the Swedish crepes with lingonberries also no longer on the menu. I ordered the 2 x 2 x 2 and the bacon was so dark, it looked like charcoal. The wait staff was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. It was bedlam. We honestly could not wait to get out of there and warm up. Not going back. I’m sad the IHOP I used to go to was permanently closed.

Marilyn was amazing! She was so nice and kind. She was very speedy with our requests. She always had a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. She was such a sweetheart. Thank you for making our breakfast a very enjoyable morning!
MARILYN WAS WONDERFUL. THANK YOU. She looks so professional and also has a great smile. She was our server and brought our breakfast piping hot, She got us some nice fresh coffee to start and the 55 + sampler. She was so attentive and checked on us periodically. Really good value. This is a busy place so I prefer to go early.

We had the Tres Leches pancakes, cookie butter pancakes, regular delicious fluffy pancakes and chicken and waffles. Happy to have had a meal here with such great service.

Ihop is a chain and there are a lot of them. Some are great, some not so much. This one is excellent. The place is always clean and the service is great. We have dined there.
This time we did pick up for a nearby park and had the best time. The food was perfect. We all had different breakfast items. I love their pancakes and eggs with has browns. My grandson wants any special pancake they have at the time and a side of mac and cheese.
My husband loves their steak and eggs and always gets a side salad.
The food just never fails and the prices are so fair. It is lid friendly and parking is fee.
