Surprisingly it was a short line going through the drive thru. The wait for my burger n fries was about 4 minutes. It's very clean outside and servers are always in welcoming attitude. Best In-N-Out this far for me!

I love in-n-out but my goodness this location is so so so slow and consistently slow that I had to post a review while waiting in line (some say I’m still waiting). Expect a 30-45 min wait time in the drive thru line regardless of how many people are ahead of you.

I love your food but on this occasion I have to let you know that my children and I went to buy 7 hamburgers. The girl who served me my food asked me if I wanted ketchup and how many and I kindly told her that I wanted 10 ketchups and spread and she turned to look at me in a disgusting way. My son noticed and put the ketchup and spread on top of all the potatoes. He literally crushed the potatoes instead of giving me the sauces on the side. She did this on purpose to work with her employees to be kind.

I usually love this In-N-Out, but today was disappointing. I ordered 2 Animal Style burgers and 1 fries at 1:32 PM and didn’t receive my order until 1:58 PM. When I politely mentioned the long wait to the cashier, she ignored me and responded rudely. Someone from the back then dismissed my concern, claiming 20 minutes was normal, even though it took 25 minutes. The lack of customer service and poor attitude were not what I’ve come to expect from this location. Despite the bad customer service but the sandwiches taste great.
