What a disappointment!
I came here a few years ago and I couldn’t wait to come back! Back then they gave me huge portions and the price was cheaper. Today I went there and you can count the number of chick peas in my plate on one hand, the daal is mostly water. I will not be coming back to this location

The spot to go. Great food. Nice service.

Punjab flavor in Cali. The paranthas are as tasty as mom makes!

My boss initially introduced me to this restaurant, and I've been a loyal customer ever since, savoring the delicious, authentic Indian food. This amazing eatery impresses with more than just its cuisine; its market is filled with incredible items from India. Although the dining area is compact, with limited seating, the authentic food shines. I always choose their combos, and each table receives complimentary water. Unfortunately, the new plates introduced during our last visit were impractical and detracted from the experience; hopefully, they'll revert to the originals. The market offers an impressive array of products, including food, hair oils, sweets, candies, and household items like cups, plates, and cookware. For genuine Indian cuisine, look no further than this restaurant..

I've been coming here since 2013, and it's still great food and fantastic prices.

For a quick vegetarian meal this is one of the best places to pop in. The atmosphere is not great, things are strewn all over. The two rice combination with samosa is great for the money. The taste of the dishes are inconsistent. The men behind the counter are helpful. But they certainly not capable of keeping the dining area clean and nice. They definitely need more hands on the deck to attract all walks of life because this is only place offers vegetarian dishes from South India. The food is relatively cheap. A place to check-out if you are a vegetarian.

The majority of items there have passed the expiry date. I'm not sure why they are keeping it there.

Reading the recent comments on their restaurant, it shows how the customer service has gone downhill a lot recently. Been coming here with my family since I was a kid for over 20 years. I asked for Roti with my combo, but he got me garlic naan. I told him I asked for roti and he said “what am I gonna do with the garlic naan”. I said fine, I’ll pay for that too. Way to lose a longtime loyal customer over a $2 garlic naan bro. Go next door to Red Chili, very good quality food and the ladies at the register are very sweet there.

Good place to find Indo-Pak grocery and other products. A bit expensive but worth spending money for the specific items you are looking for.

I just took a one item combo for take out. And can you believe me, I was served with just a single piece of paneer. Literally 1 piece of paneer with 2 roti and lots of rice. 100% DO NOT recommend this place.
