I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

Steve, the new manager, gaslights customers who have been long-term guests. During a recent visit, I’d taken advantage of the 3 for me promotion and cashed in on my free rewards chips and salsa. When paying the bill, I was unable to combine my rewards app with the 3 for me promotion. I have definitively redeemed my rewards app with previous promotions, including 3 for $10 and 2 for $25. I have also done so with the current promotion on a previous visit without the aid of a server or manager; the kiosk served just fine. When I presented Steve with past receipts, he was dismissive and remarked that I must’ve had manager assistance. When I denied this claim, he simply stated that the server “was technically right” in telling me the two couldn’t been redeemed simultaneously. This makes little sense as the free chips and salsa is a perk of being a rewards member, while the promotions are available to non-members as well. To add insult to injury, my partner was given the wrong burger and my curly fries were forgotten, then sent out double-fried. Because Steve and my server failed to acknowledge their error and take accountability, I did not tip. I refuse to let stereotype fear dictate my tipping, and will reserve my gratitude for businesses that actually account for the mistakes.
