Rafael, what an amazing guy! It's very very rare nowadays to find an employee who not only speaks clearly, politely, detailed and very well behaved, but especially in a fast food chain drive thru! I have never experienced what I experienced with this gentleman named Rafael at any fast food chain. You are a great asset for this store and I wish you nothing but the best. Ordered 6 tacos or 3 orders of tacos... 1 chicken sandwich ... The chicken sandwich was great! The first taco was cold... not warm... cold!!!!! Overall, 2 tacos are warm, and the rest are cold.

This is THE BEST Jack in the Box in The Valley, period! The employees are always in a good mood, friendly, efficient, and helpful. At most fast food spots it's like the employees hate their job and don't want to be there. Not here! The dining area is always clean and stocked up, too. The food is always made to order without issues and the drive through is always fast. If I ever crave Jack in the Box, like this evening, I will go out of my way to come to this Porter Ranch location!

Bought a Jumbo Jack burger, and it was cold. Both the bun and meat were dry/cold and didn’t taste fresh. Disappointed, and won’t be going again nor recommend this place.

After having a late night at work, I offered to pick up some Jack in the box for my wife on my way home and stopped at our local one here. The guy taking and fulfilling orders at the window was super friendly and engaging, especially considering how late it was (1am). I did have to wait a few minutes, but I presumed there was likely a much smaller staff than daytime hours and things usually take a few minutes longer. I wasn't phased or in any particular hurry.
The food came out, and I went on my way. Upon arriving at home a few minutes later to open my bag, each of the items we ordered were perfect representations of what you would see in a commercial. I'm a little sad I didn't take pictures of my food (as I vehemently despise being one of those folks always taking food pictures) because of how perfect these burgers looked AND tasted.
The burger texture was perfect, the poppers had a bite and were perfectly crispy. Sometimes, the tacos can be a little soggy by the time you eat them a few minutes later, but these were crunchy from start to finish. Not to mention, the two special requests on one of the burgers was correct in our bag! Almost never heard of from fast food restaurants lately!
Whoever is the night shift manager and staff is doing an excellent job! So much so, that it inspired me to write this review! Job well done!

I needed help with the app to place an online order. No one there knew how to use it including the manager who said they were not trained to support how to use the app. UPDATE. Their reply, goes to their website and leave more info and a representative would reach out to me. One week later and still nothing

bathroom was grimy, you could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a while, the restroom was just dirty. Bad cleaning processes. Just because it might look clean when you do, doesn't mean that it is.
I was surprise Jack in the Box is expensive. I only came to Jack in the Box to use my T-Mobile deal on the Jumbo Jack burger but today I stopped by to get someone for my nephew since I was in the plaza visiting Amazon Fresh. I parked closer to there and walked to this Jack in the Box since it's all in a shared plaza. I got here before the lunch rush happen so the wait wasn't too bad. I got my nephew the bacon double sourdough smashed jack burger. When the cashier said my total, I was surprise because that's like a full meal at another popular burger place I always go to. The inside of this place isn't that big but they have the soda machine that let you add flavors to whichever drink you want. The customer service I received here was great and the lady who tooked my order was nice. My nephew enjoyed his burger.

Parking: There plenty of parking here.
