This is our local Jack and family favorite. We mainly place orders on the app and pick up at the drive thru. Customer service is friendly and professional. The restaurant itself is spacious, clean, and well lit. The food is always warm and tasty.

Rafael, what an amazing guy! It's very very rare nowadays to find an employee who not only speaks clearly, politely, detailed and very well behaved, but especially in a fast food chain drive thru! I have never experienced what I experienced with this gentleman named Rafael at any fast food chain. You are a great asset for this store and I wish you nothing but the best. This is THE BEST Jack in the Box in The Valley, period! The employees are always in a good mood, friendly, efficient, and helpful. At most fast food spots it's like the employees hate their job and don't want to be there. Not here! The dining area is always clean and stocked up, too. The food is always made to order without issues and the drive through is always fast. If I ever crave Jack in the Box, like this evening, I will go out of my way to come to this Porter Ranch...
