Long to get my order with only two cars in front of me they don’t ask you if you want any sauce they just handed your order and expect you to leave the window. I had to ask three times if I could get some sauce because the worker was just looking away and didn’t notice I hadn’t drove off

In March 2012 I started living nearby with my girlfriend at that time, who got pregnant and by May 2012, and everytime she wakes up in the middle of the night, she would ask me to buy her 10 tacos from this Jack in the Box location. She would then only eat one and feed me the rest.
Today, I see big changes specially with the size if their bacon ultimate cheese burger, it shrank like 50% . It is still one of my favorite spot to munch.

That Oreo shake is amazing and a great value amongst all others. There's also something addictive in the little snack items like egg rolls & tacos for a little guilty pleasure. Keep up the good work. Jack!

All Jack in the Boxes are the same. I was expecting the size of the bun and meat of my smash burger to be the same as the one I purchased in Westwood. It was NOT. The bun and meat portion was much smaller. I'll stick to Westwood for their Smash burger.

The food here is good but when I went in to order I had to wait at least 10 minutes and the people that worked there just kept looking at me and not taking my order. Worst jack in the box I’ve ever been to. NEVER GOING BACK!

I visited this location on 9/5/24 at exactly 8 am….the women who was working the drive thru window at that time had a attitude out of this world, her attitude was so nasty towards me and all i did was drive up to the window…she continued to be rude and hostile till I eventually checked her because i was being so kind and patient…i will not visit this location again because of her customer service….also they need to change the oil soooo bad, im tired of my French toast sticks hash browns having fry crumbs stuck to them and tasting like tacos
