The worst place to order. Those at the drive-thru are very rude and mannerless. Specifically, I told them not to add salt on my fries, but they did anyway. I called to complain, but they ignored my concern and hung up the phone. Spoke rudely on the phone. Customer service is very insufficient. I won't recommend this location or the fast food restaurant.

I come here every Saturday at around 11:30, and I was ordering the meal I had always ordered. This time however, they kept adding things I didn’t say, and when I came to the window they rudely said that they didn’t understand me while I was ordering. I had to pay again for the extra food I wanted in my order. Especially the Lady that is currently there may seem nice but can have a really mean attitude. This place doesn’t deserve 4.2 stars.

Like this location because of the quick staff get me out right away.
Someone else mentioned the drive thru guy, but wow, he was so rude for no reason. There’s barely any conversation when I place a mobile order so to walk away with this impression after less of a minute interaction is mind boggling. I think he was a manager too because another employee asked him a question and seemed to be following his instructions. I asked for ranch, and he ended up giving me a handful of the creamy lime avocado sauce instead? This location has gotten my actual order wrong multiple times too. Food is standard and location is convenient, but I will no longer come here due to the inconsistency and bad vibes.

The drive through guy was in a bad mood and had a terrible attitude. Do these people believe the public wants to pay almost $20 for a combo and get a bad attitude on top so they can make buying a burger the worst part of your day? I didn't say anything back because I DONT WANT SPIT ON MY FOOD. I just drove away and went to In-n-out instead which is cheaper and they don't treat you rough there.

Soda dispensed for take-out orders is flat and lacks the soda's flavor. I always have to dump out the initial soda and then refill it in the dining area's soda fountain. Probably just another way to lose dollar saving pennies.

Wow stop right away you want eat a real jack in a box all food are amazing service perfect they cook and made milkshake like 70 years ago they work with the passionate respect for the customers and all différence is there taco full ingredients is not a half disk so light big up at all team and I don't joke cashiers look so nice and elangance and classe attitude congratulations lot of respect for a young worker I come back tomorrow for confirm the level excellence trust a French chef cook and master baker bravo
