The food in this Jack in the Box was on point. Not a lot of places can deliver a food product well made. Everything was fresh ,crispy, enjoyable. Like I said on point.

I've never had a problem till recently and now I used to always enjoy coming here as it's right next to my apartment and it's good but the employees and MANGERS have been rude like it's open 24 hours and i know it's only the drive thru but they always ignore us or give us an attitude with when we walk through the drive thru like I called before coming asking if it was okay and they said yes as it was a PICK UP it's not my fault we can't walk in the store and also not everyone can afford a car and we are never rude to begin with so if y'all just don't want our money just say that because we can always take our hard earned money elsewhere if I get the same experience next time I will speak up and say shit to everyone and never come again not just me alone but a group always we all work all day from 7am till 9 pm almost 10 always starving so the attitude and the ignoring needs to stop because we already deal with shitty people at work and if I get ignored one more time I will stand there and hold the line till I get a response!!!!!!

I visited this store with good experiences several times before. However, this most recent time was a really bad one. The guy who was working behind the counter (might be the assistant manager) was unfriendly and ignored me. I ordered a chocolate shake and specified not to add whip cream, but he still added whip cream and told me that I didn't say anything. His attitude and body language also confirmed that he couldn't care less about customers. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund and left the store.

Love this location they have stepped their game up!!! The staff is amazing ? keep up the great work, food is delicious why the employees take pride and they definitely show it.

This is the third time I've shown up to this Jack in the last 4 months. Food is off compared to the other Jack Locations. My order was not correct today and the Spicy Chicken Breading was burned and the chicken itself was not enjoyable at all. Chewy. Today was my final visit to this location.The Staff Is Friendly
We were there to order food and I have never felt so discriminated against by an employee. I didn't get their names but one of the cooks called the other one over as soon as we walked up to the counter. He yelled out hey come up to the front and look at these guys ordering. The other cook walked out, stared, looked us up and down and then went back to his station. My boyfriend asked the guy that was going to take our order if they guy in the back knew us. He replied that he didn't know what he was talking about and we replied that we knew he was called up to the front to look at us. I am not against anyone speaking Spanish in any work place but when you decide to talk about someone and just stare, that is when I draw the line. They kept acting dumb as if we didn't know what they were talking about, the cook that was on the front line still staring and us staring back. We decided not to order anything and walked out, still asking if the guy in the back knew us or if there was a reason for him to come to the front and stare. Whoever is managing or hiring the employees needs to make sure they get proper training on harassment and discrimination because you never know who can be walking in and even secret shop you. NEGATIVE stars to this place.

I visited Jack in the Box yesterday & wanted to say that I had the pleasure of meeting Sonja (who works at this particular location)! She was extremely nice and super helpful :-) She greeted us with a smile & definitely went above & beyond w/ helping us order!!!!Jack in the Box Northridge... you ARE very lucky to have Sonja as an associate of yours! I hope you know this but if you didn't, hopefully NOW you do!!!!!Thank you Sonja ?Parking: Plenty of parking around the building.
