Horrible location. Starting with the way they ration the sauces no matter how much food you get they are trying to nickel and dime extra money out of you. The store manager is cool but they young guy working the front was completely condescending rude and disrespectful. the employee's are way too comfortable being disrespectful to customers.

Maybe it is because the place is slow. Unless you’re headed north on Balboa it is a bit difficult to get in and out of the restaurant. But the food always seems fresh and tasty and the staff is friendly.

Live down the street and would rather drive 5 more min to another jack in the box after being harassed MANY times by the MANAGER MARIA. Harassing customers over sauces is crazy. Horrible attitude too smh.
