Horrible location. Starting with the way they ration the sauces no matter how much food you get they are trying to nickel and dime extra money out of you. The store manager is cool but they young guy working the front was completely condescending rude and disrespectful. the employee's are way too comfortable being disrespectful to customers.

Maybe it is because the place is slow. Unless you’re headed north on Balboa it is a bit difficult to get in and out of the restaurant. But the food always seems fresh and tasty and the staff is friendly.

Live down the street and would rather drive 5 more min to another jack in the box after being harassed MANY times by the MANAGER MARIA. Harassing customers over sauces is crazy. Horrible attitude too smh.

I come here a lot (lol, too much) and this location is ALWAYS on point. I can always depend on that whatever Jack in the Box offers, if it's from this location, it will be the best version it can be. It's also clean inside and the staff is friendly, courteous and professional. 24/7 and always a pleasant experience! Easy 5 stars.

The women manager didn’t want to give me four ranch even though I ordered in the app. The manager wanted to charged me for extra ranch. She yelled at me and kept saying I have to pay for it. My advice don’t come to this place until they give free ranch. This place is a bunch of cheapskates.

I never ever post reviews maybe a few times throughout my entire life anyways I just definitely felt the need to do so this location in particular is probably one of the best Jack-in-the-Box I’ve had as far at least I can remember great customer service lady inviting natural food is amazing. Tim is great. Only thing I didn’t really approve of the bathroom being a little bit messy and smelly, but hey, how much can she control, what she has Control over has zero complaints for me
