I always have a great experience at Jersey Mike’s. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the ingredients are consistently fresh. I get my usual turkey with provolone mikes way and it never disappoints! The bread is soft, the veggies are crisp, and the meats are sliced right in front of you.
The store is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and when I place a mobile order it’s prepared accurately and on time. Whether you’re grabbing lunch or picking up something quick for dinner. You can never go wrong with Jersey Mikes!

This store never disappoints! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they make every sandwich with care. Trash management. I spoke to the african American manger that hung up the phone in my face after telling me that my issue no longer mattered, they have dropped the ball at this location more than one time and there's a lack of accountability with management here. The stores ran by entitled kids who do not represent the jersey mike's brand properly at all. I've never been more disrespected after I spent my money at this location more than one time if they've messed up more than 1 time this last time. They overcooked my steak because I asked for it well done I was willing to bring the steak back and have them remake it. She told me that all they can do is send me out a card. I still have the sandwich and I'm not pleased with the quality of it. I'm on my lunch break.I've paid for something and I don't have money and cannot wait for a car to be sent out when the sandwich wasn't eaten. Instead of fixing the issue and taking accountability, the manager then told me all she can do ascend a cardoubt that's a lack of respect for my money.My time or me spending business with the establishment.The worst jersey mike's location ever

Jersey Mike’s gets me every time. I come in for a turkey sub, leave with a brownie and zero self-control. The subs are always fresh, the crew’s chill and fast, and those brownies? Way too good for something that’s just sitting by the register like a casual snack. Dangerous in the best way.
The management is also AMAZING !!! She really makes sure her customers & staff are taken care of.

Stopped by this sub shop on a whim. I've heard so much about Jersey Mikes but never had the chance to try it. Needless to say, I was a tad nervous, but I am so glad that I did. The bread was fresh, the ingredients were high-quality, and the portions were generous. I had the #9 sub, and it was packed with flavor—perfectly balanced meats, cheese, and just the right amount of seasoning.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and my order came out quickly, even during the lunch rush. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
Definitely my new go-to spot for a great sandwich. Highly recommend!

This Jersey Mike's is desperate for experienced management.
I was in there 20 minutes waiting for a to go order of 1 sandwich that I ordered 20 minutes before picking it up.
Tell me why there was no line, a lot of staff and my sandwich wasn't even close to ready? Because no one helps the TO GO sandwich artist when there are no customers in line.
Why? Because they probably don't share tips.
If this location had a manager this wouldn't be the case. Smh

So as small businesses owners we completely understand that closing early is a very important task. But greeting your customers by saying they don’t accept cash in the last 30 mins is very unprofessional. Then she had the nerve to say something to her co worker about saying she’s gunna say something different next time . Then when we finally got to order she told us we couldn’t eat any subs that are made on the stove because they just cleaned it it was 8:40 . Honestly never ever going back here . The location on Sepulveda and Devonshire is way more better ! If I was her manager ide fire her on the spot .

They didn't understand English and asked 6 times what we wanted on the sandwich as if it was there first time making a sandwich the lady the cut the meat and the lady that prepared itAlso they for got to put bacon as I asked.Not coming here again and when I said thank you at the end because I didn't tip them they never said anything
