This avocado toast was 22 dollars definitely not worth it. No flavor in the food.

Stopped here on the way to the airport and I was not disappointed! I had a ham, cheese, mushroom and onion omelette (not on the menu exactly) with country potatoes and it was delicious! The coffee was good, the food came fast and got and the server was great. I'll be eating here again when I'm back in town. But they are cash only, luckily I had some on hand . . .

First things first. when we got there a company of firefighters were finishing up their breakfast and getting up to pay, the owner took their bill and told them it was on the house. They asked several times, and she only allowed them to leave a tip for the servers which was really nice as the servers are very very attentive. I am super happy about that, but then we ordered and the food was quite excellent as well. I had the special and my friend had the breakfast burrito. Both were very good. I will be back. The only thing to think about is this is a cash only business, they have an ATM on site, but save the fee and bring cash. You will not regret it.

Parking: parking is in the back and it is plentiful.

The atmosphere is that of an old fashioned coffee shop, the music is 70's easy listening and just the right volume to have a conversation without yelling. The food was Excellent. The price is easy on the wallet and restroom was clean. I highly recommend Joyce's Coffee Shop for anyone with a healthy appetite and a desire to be taken back in time.

the place could be a classic since It’s been there since 1955, but it is not well kept, it was dirty (floors) and unfortunately my cream cheese for my bagel had mold.
I will not be coming back.

Your basic diner breakfast but delicious. They always have specials too! The staff is friendly, the coffee is strong. It is cash only!

This is what a coffee shop should be. Great coffee. Loco moco with over easy eggs was really good has a slightly sweet taste to the brown sauce. Generous scoop of rice.

I had a relaxing Friendsgiving breakfast at Joyce’s’ with my co workers. I had French toast combo with a cup of coffee. The French toast was really good! Not dry at all and it was not soggy. Family oriented dinner. I will definitely be back!

What a gem! The retro classic coffee shop feel with delicious quality food for a great price. What more can you ask for? Cynthia was terrific. Definitely bring the family.

The gravy on the biscuits had no flavor and biscuits were frozen around the edges. The salsa for the huevos rancheros was pure water, the chillies on top did not add flavor, scrambled eggs were cold, and tortilla was soggy. The children strips were not stripes at all and had no flavor. The French fries were burn and dark from the oil. The watermelon juice tasted old and expired. Overall not worth the money.

Joyce’s has been open since 1955 and is a cash only diner in a sleepy part of the valley. Most of the seating is indoors and is split between booths and the counter. Our server was extremely polite, although they forgot my pancakes for my order so I had to wait quite a bit for those after everyone else at the table and already finished. There is a small parking lot in the back however street parking and free neighborhood parking is really easy to find.

For my first visit I ordered the Ranch Style Breakfast and as mentioned half of it came out and then the pancakes came out over 10 minutes later. The pancakes were fairly good, but the hamburger patty was just very bland and nothing special at all. I had a much better version at another place close by the week prior. Pricing is fair but being cash only is also a bit of an annoyance because I just don’t carry a lot on me anymore.

Overall a solid diner and I would recommend if you are in the area.
