The staff there are always friendly and helpful. There's rarely a line and while the dining area is small I've never gone in there and not been able to find a seat. It's convenient and quick and the food is good.

Food is great. Sadly, can't say the same thing about customer service. There was a gentleman that took my order and felt bothered when asking him about adding an extra item to my order. I felt so out of place when he made that expressive face and rolled his eyes. I understand he might be overwhelmed by work. However, there's no excuse for that poor behavior. This has left me with a poor experience and not wanting to come back. With all great intentions went in to buy a family meal. I hope management trains their staff to work in customer service since making the ugliest what do you want face is not it.

Yes!! All I can say. Chicken and waffles. That is all you need to know. Staff is friendly. I have to travel here because the 2 locations near me do not offer Chicken & Waffles. You can get it delivered too! AWESOME.

Ordered one pot pie at 7:50 to get picked up at 8:15. When I got there at 8:15, they told me that I had to wait 30 minutes until it will be ready. It seems they didn't even start on it until i had gotten there. And I have ordered there pot pies before and it doesn't take 30 minutes to make only ONE. They need to work on their service.
I love everything of KFC. Non other similar food is better than the legendary KFC.

I pass to buy food to take my son that's in the hospital. When I get to hospital I noticed something in the soda I open it and it had a roach in the drink. I can't believe it . This is the worse experience I had. This business should be close down.
