I was excited to try this place. I haven't tried any ramen noodle bowl except the curry one. It was okay. We ordered the rice bowls, the char siu bowl tasted like dried roasted pork instead of that nice carmelized pork I'm used to at other places but the biggest confusion was the rice. I've never been to any Japanese restaurant where the rice looked and tasted like basmati rice.
Amazing food! Owner is Awesome! Great vibes great energy. Hidden Gem in the valley. The Ramen is out of this world and the gyoza's are off the hook!!!! don't miss out go try it!!

Went on a Sunday wasn’t very busy, but the owner was extremely nice, welcoming, and attentive to all his customers. The food was extremely good with very large portion sizes, highly recommend if you’re around Northridge, will be coming back soon!
