Someone had recommended this place to me, saying it was amazing for the vegan chick'n sandwiches. I decided to stop by after visiting the library, and it sure didn't disappoint. They warned me the ghost was really hot, but since I love spicy food, it had just the perfect amount of hot without losing the flavor of everything else. The Cajun fries were superb, too, well seasoned and crispy! I'm totally coming back again soon 💜

Vegetarian options: I believe the whole menu is vegan.

Ordered the fried mushrooms, they were greasy and my pickles and bread I ordered were not there. My daughter got the ghost pepper chicken tenders which were pretty good. I got a banana pudding and it had chocolate candy bar pieces and chocolate syrup in it which was odd. Neither the picture nor the ingredient list says chocolate.

The name makes it seem like it would be some kind of awful raw veggie place, but it’s really great fried vegan chicken sandwiches. Nice sauces to choose from too. Fries ain’t bad either. Solid find.

The psychedelic sando & og chicken sando were so awesome. Medium sauce had a kick but went well with the sandos. Fries were great! I highly recommend!!

Food quality has definitely gone down since they started! The chicken sandwiches and tenders are now really small and the food is pricey. The ghost pepper tenders were more salty than spicy.

Okay ... As someone who faltered recently as a vegan, (to vegetarianism, eggs mostly), I tried Lettuce Feast a few times. I went vegan in 2010 after my first dog, Toby, died. I couldn't love him and eat other animals. Willy's "chicken"has AMAZING texture AND amazing flavor. Some bites remind me of wings; some bites remind me of nuggets; and some bites remind me of an actual piece of chicken without the bone. I don't need "mock meats" because I miss meat, but I see no need to reinvent the wheel. I see nothing wrong with taking dishes we were accustomed to, before seeing the light and choosing compassion over cruelty, and making them vegan. But regarding Willy's special sauce and hot honey, I would challenge ANY culinary artist to come up with better flavor - vegan or not. If you haven't tried Lettuce Feast, find this wonderful vegan food truck when it's in your area. Or, make a special trip, because it will be worth it.

The gentleman who took our orders and prepared our food was incredibly nice. Super amazing service and pretty darn quick too. My wife got a Nashville with hot honey and I got the regular Nashville, with the ranch sauce. We ended up trading part way through because my wife discovered that she doesn't like sweet sandwiches. No problem, I loved both variants of this sandwich. I'd say that I enjoyed it more with the hot honey sauce. So that's my suggestion if you're not sure what to get. Nashville with hot honey. Super good.

I have supported Lettuce Feast and have tried to continue doing so. On Thursday I went to the Culver City location, talked to the owner and wanted to order the mushrooms but was told that they went bad. I asked when they would have the mushroom and biscuits. He told me that they would have them in North Hollywood on Sunday.Drove an hour today and arrived 20 min before they opened and waited. Truck opened late which was fine, we waited. When he finally came out of the truck he said we were early (website says 11Am) and told us that he doesn’t actually turn the fryers on until 11 and we would have to wait until 11:30am. We said that was fine, still wanting to support. Then he said they didn’t have the mushrooms today. I reminded him of our conversation on Thursday and that we drove an hour because he said they would have them. He never once apologized and went on a rant. When he exited the truck, we were shocked by how dirty it was inside. The owners clothes were filthy. Like beyond filthy. I have been here before but had never seen inside the truck until this time. The attitude of the owner was poor with nothing but excuses. It is a shame because I love to support black owned business but with the food safety concerns and the owners response, I can no longer support Lettuce Feast.

Just finished having a meal from here with my girlfriend. She is not a vegan, but she says the tenders were the best she's had. I enjoyed the chik'n biscuit. It is immense for the price, and reminds me of an old fast-food item I've been nostalgiac for since I went vegan in 2015.

I tried this almost a year ago and haven't stopped thinking about it since at Chicago Vegandale festival. I'm not Vegan nor are my children, but if all vegan "chicken" taste like that lord I would be... promise.
