Call an order it at 1:09 and they tell me it’ll be ready in 10 min. I get there and it’s not ready yet. It’s not ready until 1:35 more than double the original time. and to top it off it was supposed to be half cheese half pepp but the way they cut it left on 2 sixes without pepperoni. So not only can they not count, they also don’t know what 50% means.

I ordered 3 pizzas, breadsticks with sauce... the dasher only delivered 1 pizza and breadsticks- no sauce, both were opened. I called and told the "manager" Salvador Lopez that I only received a partial order and that it was opened and that I've sent my husband (on his way home from work) to pick up the rest of the order... the "manager" told me that the only way he could make me a new pizza and breadsticks (since the one I had and sticks were opened) he told me he can't make me new ones unless in bring him the old pizza, I said aren't you just going to throw it away? He said yes but that's not the point. I told him I sent my husband and is doing the job your company is supposed to be doing! You aren't going to try and make it right??? He was absolutely UNWILLING TO HELP or make it right. He even pretended he didn't understand what I was explaining or he did and wanted to be UNHELPFUL! He said "yeah, you sent your husband empty handed." I said " he is picking it up in his way home from work... the guy said he didn't believe me and that the only way I'd get my pizza is if we brought the other back... he also accused and asked me why I wasn't the one who brought it in!!??? It's like, if I wanted to come in, I wouldn't have had it delivered in the first place!!!! He admitted earlier on the call, it wasn't their fault, that only the partial order was delivered, then LIED said to my husband that he won't give the rest of the order or a refund bc the whole order WAS delivered!!!!! I've never dealt with a manager so inept, rude AND CLUELESS! He told my husband that they can't lose money by giving away free food he must be new to being a manager bc he'd have seen they are losing MORE money by losing us as customers!!! We are a household of 9 and order there A LOT, if he'd looked at my history on the app! I didn't need the free pizza! So they basically stole from us too, by not giving us the rest of our order and refusing to refund! Stay away from this location.... This man shouldn't be employed!

The pizza is great 4stars if you order pick up or walk-in. I don't recommend ordering delivery they use Grubhub and charge you extra fees and got my order wrong when when I tried to tell the delivery man he took off, it cost me 63$ for two pizzas and two orders of wings I called the service and told them my order was wrong. they only refunded my 22$ they said it was due to the service of delivery since something was delivered although it was not my order?? Ok wow so like I said don't order delivery if you want to get what you order and save money.

The service was so bad. They literally scream at my parents.Then they give us the pizza wrong.We had it to go tell them to go change it and their attitude was really bad.
Its hard to beat, little Caesars with their great prices, and decent flavor. Unfortunately, at this location, i had an issue where mixed with the pizza, there was a hair from the brush they used to clean, and the only reason why i noticed is because it was a very long piece and i was chocking on it. I will not add a picture here because it could be kind of gross for some people, but the terrible customer service i received when i told them what happened it makes this a huge problem, very unprofessional. I tried scalating this to corporate, but all i got is a 6 dlls pizza. All im going to say be careful and check what you eat.

Little Caesars has definitely gotten better over the years. Growing up, it was one of the worst pizza places you could go to. But recently they've done a great job making a really quality pizza for an incredibly cheap price. Just keep that in mind. The meal is great...for the price point. Are you going to have the best pizza in your life here? No. But are you going to get a really good pizza for under $10? Absolutely. Just go in here knowing what you are going to get and keep your expectations checked. I will say, however, that I have found them to be a tad slow on cooking here. It is usually a few minutes after they say my preorder will be ready when it is actually put in the ready ovens at the front. I've also never been here when they have had anything waiting in the 'hot and ready' area. So if you are hoping to walk in & immediately walk out with a hot pizza, it's not going to happen. Just prepare and order your meal ahead of time via the app or online. Save yourself at least some waiting time. Also, and I'm not sure I even need to bother saying this, but don't plan on eating here. There's nowhere to eat. This is a takeout place only. As are all LC's. It's meant to just cook pizza, and have people take them out & enjoy them elsewhere. The waiting area is super small so if it's busy, you're going to be a bit crammed in there. Even if it's not a busy time of day there's really only room for about 5 customers to be in the area and have some space to themselves. Yet another reason to plan ahead and order ahead. It will keep you from having to cram into the waiting area. One final note: the $5 deep dish pizza lunch is one of the best deals out there. And it's a damn good chain deep dish pizza.
