Very good ramen compared to many other local places nearby. Gyoza was especially good and highly recommend that. Service was very polite and the food came out very quickly. Highly recommend the place as a whole and will definitely go back!

First time here & the last time. $20 +++ for noodles?Are you kiddin- me????Walked in 2- customers inside seated eating at 530pm.I looked over the menu, not really impressed. But I placed my order & specifically told the kid taking the order " No- No Pork or Onions" I was very admenant & made it a point to make sure not to have that in my food.Well- I got my order & drove back to work. Wouldn't you know it??Onions & Fffffffnnnn Pork. Then I even noticed to fork- Chop- sticks???Really??I want to eat- my ffffnnn food, not savior & look at the sky, moon, sun. I called to express my displeasure with my order & the kid who took the order?Why, it's his job to make sure that the order he put in- going out to the customer- me is what was placed?Had to pick out the onions & remove the pork. Don't recommend this place. Noodles is not for everyone

This place is amazing. Top notch service and the fooooooodddd is OMG!!! I can’t believe it took us this long to try this place. We were fortunate to be served by Betsy and Tia who were so friendly and professional. We had such a nice time. Highly recommend and will return soon.

We come for the ramen and we stay for Betsy!!! The food is delicious but the service is what really makes this place great. Everyone is always so welcoming and attentive. However, Betsy is our absolute favorite server! She is always so calm and so sweet and makes our dining experience so enjoyable. I've been coming to Maru Ramen for 2 years now and it has stayed our go-to ramen spot. I usually get the Kuromayu ramen with some added on fixings. The broth is always so rich and garlicky. The Spicy Miso Ramen is also very decadent and so flavorful. The appetizers are a must when we come here. The gyoza and karaage chicken are so flavorful.

I was surprised to find a 15-20 minute wait for a party of 1 on a Friday night. Good sign. Ordered the Kuromayu ramen. The broth appeared to have some gelatin settling on the veggies which I take as a good sign for a tonkotsu-style bone broth. The flavor was very smooth... maybe too smooth? Flavors are muted when it's so creamy. Wait staff were very friendly. They offered me some pickled ginger and chili paste which I felt improved the taste significantly. Did I enjoy? Yes. Would I go back? Let's just say my search for authentic, high-quality Japanese ramen in the valley continues. This will continue to be a popular spot for college kids meanwhile.

First time here and everything was great. I got the spicy miso and it was so flavorful. I would definitely recommend the karaage - crunchy, juicy. The waitress, Sahar was very helpful and had great customer service.

Absolutely great ramen! We ordered the vegetable ramen, one of the best I have ever had. Edamame was hot, tasty, lightly salted to perfection. Service was excellent, too. Tia took excellent care of us. Free parking and entrance are in the back. Definitely returning again soon!

Don't order for delivery, food was good but time and order mishaps happen. Restaurant was unhelpful when I called for updates. Again order early and chill cause the food will be good, get your own chopsticks though cause they don't provide

Great ramen! Better than Silverlake for me as the latter (porter ranch) serves different cooking- sometimes too salty, sometimes great BUT THIS PLACE IS CONSISTENTLY GREAT. Not sure if this is also same owner of Maru Bowl Ritto which i frequent but they have the same karaage chicken and sauce i love and they have the same logo font. Anyway, their chashu bowl my current fave among their bowls. Highly Recommended! One of my go-to korean place

Great ramen! I ordered the spicy miso. Loved the savory, umami flavors. The minced pork was very good. The charsu didn't have a funky after taste that sometimes meats have. Quick service and reasonable ramen prices. Some of the appetizers seem expensive...I also ordered the shumai. The order came with 4 giant pieces. I ate everything....I always forget to take pics...Next time, I am gonna try the ramen with the dipping sauce!
