There is a dike looking manager during day hours & her service sucks so bad. Every job is not ment for everybody especially one like this one where it involves alot of customers. She's most definitely not a people person.

Went here on Christmas night hoping to get a good meal but was rushed through the whole order process. Asked for bbq sauce with my chicken nuggets didn’t get it, when I asked for ketchup the guy said bbq sauce was already in the bag. Bunch of kids working here just rushing peoples order and not listening or paying attention very well. Pretty disappointed with my order.

The French fries here so are good. And the place is so spacious inside. However, is this place student-friendly? Also, are you guys actually 24/7 open? I don't want to come at 3-4am if that's inconvenient for the workers :( I just want to eat before I had into school.

There was 0 cars in the drive thru and we had 3 mobile orders 2 for only a large fry and the 3rd for a ice cream cone. They told us we have to drive around again just to get the cone because there is a “2 orders per car limit” which is understandable when it is big orders. But 2 fry’s and a cone n they want me to drive in circles

The drive through lady couldn't understand me and she was so loud the whole neighborhood could hear her. They were out of Quarter Pounders. They double charged me for a drink. They missed a large fry and didn't put them in the bag.

This McDonald’s is honestly a joke at this point. I’ve given this location multiple chances and they keep proving they do not care about their customers or their jobs. I ordered through DoorDash and the experience was a complete disaster — again.
Food took forever, and when it finally showed up it was cold like it was sitting on a counter being ignored. I customized my burger for NO pickles, extra mayo, extra mac sauce, and somehow this place managed to do the exact opposite of what I paid for. It’s almost like they go out of their way to get orders wrong.
This isn’t “a mistake,” it’s consistent laziness and zero attention to detail. Reading a ticket is not rocket science. If the staff can’t handle something this basic, they shouldn’t be working in food service. I’m tired of spending my money here only to receive food I can’t eat.
Judging by the reviews, this location has a reputation for sloppy service, long wait times, and messed up orders — so clearly management doesn’t read anything or just doesn’t care. Either management changes or customers will keep walking away.
This place needs serious supervision, retraining, and accountability. Do better or lose business.

Worst customer service ever provided. The whole staff consists of incompetent people. So incompetent that a simple order for a beverage to be made with no ice was too complex for them that it had to be redone three times.
That’s not the only issue that I’ve encountered here. The staff has no consideration for people who are managing hardships. I pay just like everybody else and yet I get ignored, overlooked, or just dirty looks.
