Ordered a big Mac no salt extra pickles no onions light Mac sauce. I did not say no lettuce but they decided to not add really any lettuce to my burger kind of disappointed that’s usually why I get the big Mac is because it has lettuce on it. Had to leave without getting it corrected because of errands my day is busy. Don’t go to this one unless you want to get skimped on your food. I had like 7 strands of lettuce on my burger.. also asked for no salt on my fries and they added salt to my fries. Worst McDonald’s yet.

August 12 at 9:30 I went to this McDonald’s and had a terrible experience. First, getting the employees to acknowledge you takes a long time and they seemed annoyed when I asked for simple things like to use the bathroom or for more napkins. I ordered a happy meal for my vegetarian daughter without meat, but it didn’t have any cheese. I asked if they could add a slice of cheese and they insisted on charging me, even though I paid full price for a happy meal burger without any meat. Apparently, replacements aren’t allowed. None of the employees had any customer service skills. And the manager, who said her name was Nicole, mocked me and cussed me out. When I mentioned leaving a bad review, she just laughed at me and said she didn’t care and she’d leave me a bad review too. I stormed out. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I hope she gets fired. Otherwise, I won’t be going back.

I asked the girl that brought me my food where can I get ketchup. She said you can get it from someone at the counter. I got to the counter when she also got there but she kept walking inside instead of reaching under the counter to get me some ketchup. I then stood there for a while until I was able to interrupt the cashier taking orders.

Night crew is always extremely polite and friendly. Specially the guy who takes the order and the lady who hands the food! We love interacting with them! I wish I knew their names, they always greet us in a good mood no matter the day! Writing this review because they deserve it!
My wife and I visited your McDonald’s, and a team member named Max took our order. He was absolutely amazing — kind, friendly, and smiling the whole time. It’s employees like him who make the difference. Please take good care of him — an entire brand can be built on people like Max. Max, if you ever see this: much respect to you. Take care!
