Ordered two double cheeseburgers with no ketchup and no bun Plus eight other sandwiches. Received two double cheesebuns with no onion, ketchup or pickles, and seven other sandwiches. So can't listen, can't read, and or can't count. Great work.

Hank, the original owner, was a highly respected man in the community. He always cared for his customers and pushed adolescents to go to school. He helped people grow, like Bulant, an Austraian artist, and others a like.
He cared about everyone, especially his twin sons.

We ordered a 20-piece chicken nuggets. We started with the first 10 pieces and they were great. We then took out the package for the other 10 and they were so stale it was horrible. We had no time to go back and deal with the line. They were pretty bad. I was afraid they were going to make us sick. Two stars was for the service.

Worst mc Donald’s ever Maria and the employee with short hair is the worst employees and most disgusting attitude I got 2 happy meals for my kids I specifically asked no onion or mustard my son is allergic and I also asked for fresh food I trusted them I left to get different food for the rest of my family obviously in a rush when my kids open there food is stale, black grease. the “manager”on duty was awful rude and told me why did I take 10 minutes to come back I explained. she then took my food and said she will remake it then hands me the same old cold stale food the employees at mc Donald’s are always in a bad mood they threaten me with the police because I started recording for my safety when the employee with short hair started disrespecting me I followed up with the cops they said I have no charges and there is no report because I didn’t do anything the cop told me ,don’t waste your time going there if they are being rude to you is not worth it.i waste so much money at mc Donald’s to be treated like I’m asking for free food.
I now go to Wendy’s best decision I ever made my food is always hot and fresh and I don’t have to ask is automatically fresh …please please stay away from this place they drop food and spit on food when they are angry.there lazy all they do is fight with customers I should get what I ask and pay for I don’t know why all mc Donald’s employees get really angry when we ask for hot fresh food…..

I visited McDonald’s restaurant #7074 located at 9101 Reseda Blvd., Northridge, CA 91324, using the drive-through. I want to start by saying that the gentleman who took my order and processed my payment was absolutely delightful. He was polite, professional, and made the experience pleasant up to that point.
Unfortunately, things took a very different turn at the pickup window. The young woman who handed me my food behaved in a very unprofessional manner. When I politely asked for a drink carrier, she rolled her eyes and turned away. I then asked for two straws, but after checking my bag, I realized they were already inside and apologized. Despite this, she abruptly slammed the drive-through window shut with visible annoyance. This behavior was unnecessary and disrespectful.
I work in the medical field and interact with people daily, often in stressful situations. I would never treat anyone the way I was treated, regardless of circumstances.
Because of this interaction, I called the location to speak with a manager. After someone finally answered, the person on the phone was aggressive and rude from the start. When I asked for the manager’s name, I was told that she was the manager but that she was “not allowed” to give her name. I was then spoken to in an aggressive tone and questioned about why I was calling, without being given the courtesy or professionalism one would expect from management. Even after trying to communicate respectfully, including switching languages to ensure understanding, the hostility continued.
I have never experienced this level of poor customer service. Employees and managers should not interact with customers in this manner. Negative attitudes only reflect poorly on the business, especially during the holiday season when patience and kindness are needed most.
Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location, nor will I continue to send staff members to pick up lunches from here as I have in the past. I am extremely disappointed and will be sharing my experience so others are aware. I strongly suggest this location reevaluate its customer service standards and employee training

This McDonald’s is always extremely busy. The drive thru is ridiculously long every time.
I got the big Mac and a mcchicken. The Big Mac was great but the mcchicken had way too much mayo. Also the location itself was a bit dirty.

I visited this McDonald’s specifically to try the Grinch Box. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-through while repeatedly being told, “Just give me a minute.” When I finally got to the window and received my order, I got home only to find that the Grinch Box was missing the one thing that makes it special — the pickle salt.
I called the restaurant, and the phone rang for more than 10 minutes before anyone answered. I spoke with Nathan, who claimed to be the supervisor, and his only solution was for me to drive back to pick up the salt. When I explained that this was an inconvenience after already waiting so long, he told me the only other option was to bring back the entire meal for a refund. No effort to make it right. I asked to speak to the store manager, left my information, and never received a call back.
This location consistently fails at customer service. By far the worst McDonald’s in the area.
Took forever to get service. Had to deal with a lot of people a family who wouldn’t move as I was trying to get out. Their hand sanitizer didn’t work and they had to open the bathroom for me.

The worst and the manager lady I guess good customer service isnt in her standards.
genuinely if there was an option for 0 stars, i would. the customer service here is by far the WORST customer service out of any fast food restaurant i’ve been to. every single worker has a horrible attitude for no reason. they mess up on orders, fill up drinks with 90% ice. want no pickles on your mcdouble? don’t even bother asking. just take them out yourself. light ice in your coke? be ready to ask a second time when they hand you your drink AND be ready to have some attitude thrown at you. dining in and want a refill? gotta buy a whole new drink. i once witnessed a man ask for an ice cream cone, but asked the worker to put some of the ice cream in a little cup for his son, it took the workers 10 minutes of asking someone “higher up” if that was allowed. like seriously? and all of that just for them to say “no we can’t do that” he was asking to split his ice cream into two halves not a whole new ice cream cone. this mcdonald’s needs to completely reconsider who they hire because this poor customer service is absurd.

They put up signs in this location saying you must leave within 30 minutes of consuming your food (regardless of capacity). Making it open for the employees to harass whoever they choose. The food you receive is always cold, maybe warm on a good day. The employees backs are turn towards the customer more often than not. These businesses are no longer welcoming even to paying customers. I no longer support companies who run their businesses like this. The quality of McDonalds has gone down tremendously.
