There were people waiting for their order of chicken nuggets and french fries for 15 minutes. The people that were working there didn't look at anybody at the counter and I was just waiting for a drink that had already paid for. It took them 15 minutes to get me my drink and they were not that busy. Customer service was very rude and the manager didn't care that there's a grip of people waiting for their food in the lobby. Sounds like people need to get retrained there or just hire some new people that aren't jaded because they work there. That was not one person that had a smile that worked there. Very sad.

The McDonald's that I always go to all the workers always ignore you. You need to go in that McDonald's and tell these people when people walk in to greet them. How can I help you? Not just walk past them and ignore them.It happens mostly in the morning

The fish sandwich that I ordered yesterday was inedible. This McDonalds should not even be in operation. The sandwich seems like it was cooked in microwave. The bun was not soft, but hard and chewy. The fish was not fresh and it was hard. I had to throw it all away.

Cold food every single time. The phone numbers on the recipe do not work and if you tell Them they forgot something in your order and show the receipt they take forever to rectify the situation. I don’t even come to McDonald’s that often but when I do, it’s always a problem and I am reminded how much this location reflects everything wrong with customer service and how they make so much money and don’t care at all about customers

So, they added the kiosks, supposedly to make things faster. As I sit here it's been 25 minutes since I ordered a large fry. That's it. They are slow as Christmas EVERY TIME WE COME HERE. & since they're McMarro conglomerate, I'm sure we won't be getting like a drink or something to compensate for their poor service. I mean, they're such cheapskates, you can't even get refills for sida or coffee. Lousy.

This lady, She said, there restroom was not working since yesterday, and she will ask her manager. but they don't give the password because I told them that im gonna check it to see. She insisted still not working. But nothing posted a notice in the restroom. This area is not helping people indeed of emergency only money they cared for it. What a disgusting business.. Watch out their attitudes of these branches. I hope that, once they read this bad comments, it's too late for them to get improve..
Don't go to this McDonald's. This is the only McDonald's I've been to that doesn't give free soda and coffee refills. Slow customer service. Rest room out of service. There is a better McDonald's on Reseda and Devonshire.
