Since they quit interacting with customers and made deals difficult today find or use, mcdonalds has progressively gotten worse yet more expensive. Better off going somewhere nicer for a better meal. People are rude here too

NO STARS, the most worst McDonalds I have made a purchase, I got a happy meal and made my order extra and I got my order all wrong, first I paid for a bag which they didn’t gave me, I got a hamburger with extra lettuce, mayo, and onion ONLY they did put pickles and very little lettuce, instead of the slices of apple I decided to get an extra kids fry and they gave me NONE, also one of the ladies there was being rude to all customers and had a real bad attitude. This is the first place that got me completely shocked by the bad work the employees do to a environment. If you want to go to enjoy a good meal then go somewhere and not HERE. Absolutely terrible.

as far as McDonald's go in the Los Angeles area this is one of the better locations it was very clean the staff was exceptionally helpful actually coming to my aid and entering the order in the kiosk themselves for me which I appreciate because if I wanted to be entering orders at McDonald's I would be hired so at least I could get a paycheck. at any rate I would highly recommend this location.

Worker was a pain and misunderstanding. Asked for a plain double cheeseburger meal, and she said I could only get a meal if I added 2 cheeseburgers. Told her to take it off of my order, and still didn’t understand. Had to restart my order to even get my correct food.

yesterday i went to McDonalds to get 2 Ranch Snack Wrap, Sprite and fries, I went with my friends and they loved the snack wrap so much, they wanted to eat here again, the service was great, they were nice to us and I want to come here again!

Yesterday I went to McDonald’s I had a Ranch Snack Wrap, Medium French fries and a medium sprite. The service was great, the employees there are very friendly. I will go again someday with friends.
Everybody knows McDonald’s sucks one of the highest price fast food places for the less nutritious foods. Word of advice. Don’t go there. I was desperate, but I got what I paid for, junk. another example of corporate America investing, a nickel to make $15. $.10 charge for bag charges for condiments. I don’t blame them. I blame myself. I knew better. I should’ve never went There. nobody fault but mine. blame but me.

Aside from the fact you don’t get the quantity or quality of food it now costs to eat here, the company has now closed the store for anything but drive through after 7 pm, presumably to save on labor costs related to cleaning the dining room.
As someone without regular access to a car who was previously willing to pay for the privilege of quick food within walking distance, I will now just grab frozen meals at the Trader Joe’s nearby. Ridiculous corporate penny pinching that went from worsening the customer experiencing to outright excluding customers.

Rocio and Maria are rude and do not deserve a job they charge me extra but did not get what I paid for came back and she is threatening to call police instead of giving my money back for making a mistake twice making drive back I will never go here worst place and is dirty they all wasting time instead of doing their job correctly instead of giving customers a headache go home if your not feeling good enough to deal with customer bad service disgusting service awful place -0 stars
