Late night drive throw is a mess???This is the 3rd time my order is missing in the bag!I do mobile order to make sure my request but they cheat and missing items in my order i catch it at home when its too late!

In general, it's easy and quick to get my order. I like it specifically for that I can place order using the machine and it help to minimize the embarrassment of having the staff wait when I'm still choosing what to order. They have 4 machine in the store so it's easy to place the order and don't really need to wait.---------- update in March 2024--------There was time that I saw it's open til 11pm on Google Map and came here, realizing the door was all locked and I couldn't get in. And today I got here around 6:45pm, got my meal, and saw the staff locking the door at 7pm. There were other people trying to enter, and I heard the staff telling them that they're close at 7pm. So be careful if you're coming later hours for dining in because you'll potentially get locked outside.

I come to this mcdonalds because it is close to my school. I like to come in to get regular coffee but I did not appreciate that the manager giving me decaffeinated coffee today. She was brewing a regular pot and did not bother to ask if I wanted to wait or if I indeed wanted the decaffeinated coffee. I find it unprofessional because I would have waited for the regular coffee which is what I ordered.

Apparently, you can no longer order from a human here, you must order from the kiosk. If all McDonald's are this way, I will no longer be dining here. Denny's has humans and is cheaper.

I am disappointed with the new form of McDonald's. Now they don't charge you at the checkout. They want to force you to pay by card. There is no option to pay in cash. And if you don't want to do it? And if you want to be attended to?I eat frequently in Mc Donald but I'm going to look for the competition and not go back. None of the employees want to serve you, they have become cooking and delivery machines. zero contact with the customer who brings them money to keep them in business.
