The service at this McDonald's is fast and the staff is always friendly. I love the consistency of the food, and the drive-thru is quick, even during busy hours. A reliable go-to for a quick meal!

Okay, I let us know. I don't recommend this McDonald's. For any too many question is very bad. Attitude for the customer service and neither and the time I go over there. I ask for food fresh. It's pretty easy. I've told the people, but the ladies is ignored. All customers and turn around and look at me with ignorant total. So it's not a business and the moment. I go because my family. My daughter's need to eat something for madonnand in the guy I eat food is no good. No fresh, the price is too many salt is no fresh, very bad. Food, so that's why I wish this person or the boss.The boss double check all the employee.What's up in the nine is by itself

Monday April 7th, 2025 The kiosk to order the food wasn't working properly, but one of the employees was friendly and helpful and was able to help complete my take-out order quickly. The restaurant which was recently remodeled inside and it wasn't crowded. Also, it was pleasant and clean too.
This is a great location . Drive through only, no in room dining.

extremely rude and unorganized. Manger scolding a customer bc her drink is watered down telling her that she's always complaining and she needs to get out, etc. they can't handle the rush and that it out on their customers. Don't bother going in hoping to get your order taken bc they are too lazy, I asked for help why she told me she didn't want to that I can do it on the kiosk. The attitude and the way they handle things is not okay.

Worst service employees always in a bad mood i always come to buy a caramel frappe extra drizzle and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies 🍪 and always have to wait about 17-23 mins for them when cookies shouldn't be longer than 3 mins to cook and 5 mins to cool down HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE EVEYTIME oh and with 3 managers on duty 🤣💀

I'm a route driver in the Los Angeles area. Because of my job, McDonald's is my choice for my dinner break in the evenings. I'm usually in this McDonald's at Roscoe and White Oak two to three times a week. I just wanted to say that Sandy stands out above the rest. Every time I come in she greets me by name., and is very welcoming. You can just tell she is excellent with customer service and it rubs off on her crew.
I enjoy the opportunity to stop into this McDonald's because of the service that Sandy and her crew provides. It means a lot and reflects very positively on what McDonald's should be. I want to thank her and the crew that support her because they make it a great experience!
