I'm a route driver in the Los Angeles area. Because of my job, McDonald's is my choice for my dinner break in the evenings. I'm usually in this McDonald's at Roscoe and White Oak two to three times a week. I just wanted to say that Sandy stands out above the rest. Every time I come in she greets me by name., and is very welcoming. You can just tell she is excellent with customer service and it rubs off on her crew.

No one to take your order. Had to hail someone down and ask. Restaurant dirty (floors, tables). Arrived at 8:30 pm. For $5.29 for a large fry, they should be made to order, and hot!

The kiosk to order the food wasn't working properly, but one of the employees was friendly and helpful and was able to help complete my take-out order quickly. The restaurant which was recently remodeled inside and it wasn't crowded. Also, it was pleasant and clean too.
