I went to this location, and in the morning the Manager named Jose was there. I told him that I’ve been having problems with the app—not just for the past two weeks—but I’ve always been helped at this location. The young ladies there are always very kind, and the managers too. But this time, Manager Jose was very rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. He simply didn’t want to help me. He told me to delete the app and download it again, that I should log in, and that I had to wait 15 minutes. He showed no willingness to help. He was very unpleasant, saying things in a bad-tempered way. A Manager is supposed to help us, not create more problems or put up more obstacles, and instead he just argues with customers. I don’t understand why he’s even there as a Manager.

Since switching to Self service, speed of delivery has declined. We waited more than 20 minutes for our order and when we asked the manager, she said the order was delivered to someone else and she had to reorder our food.
There was no one in the counter and one of the staff members could not even speak English.
Totally disappointed. I would avoid.

Went here yesterday, July 18th, the manager was rude. My dad asked about a happy meal toy and she answered like she owns the place and we are just peasants who do not have the right to ask if they have other toys.

It was late so they were probably understaffed when I went. And they forgot my honey, but most McDonald’s usually forget and give me a funny look when I ask for it. But overall they did a good job getting my order right

Over priced now. Decent WiFi and bathroom, great to work if you’re in a pinch.

There is no human interaction anymore. The food is decent as always. But everything is automated and not welcoming at all.
You have to ask for everything.
And there are no changing tables in the bathrooms! I had to change my baby in the back of my car in the parking lot.

Recent interior makeover. Feels like a vending machine now, grab and go. Clearly separated the worker and customer interaction. Lobby is small and less seating, like starbucks is doing.

No clue why people complain about this location. Daniel was wonderful taking my order, and Rudy did a great job getting my food to me in a timely manner. I will be back
