I stopped by this Movita store when I was in the shopping center the store is located in. I wanted to get my mom an Acai bowl. They were not busy when I came, I was their only customer. I looked at their menu and went with the Fruit Max bowl. The lady working was very nice and explain everything to me. It didn't take her long to make the bowl and my mom loved it.

They messed up and just gave my drink to another customer. Had to wait another 10 min. Then they called me Cathy for some reason. Never coming back to this one. Go to the one in reseda instead.

I have been to this location plenty of times. Always a good experience. Today was a little diffrent I was greeted by an older woman and i was asked if I was ready. I started my order and simply asked what sizes they had in ounces as i didnt want a big size but i wanted to know my options. She got a little defensive and asked if I was talking about the mini I said sure can you tell me the ounces of the mini? I wasn't looking to get a large drink. She then said the mini one then she proceed to yell across the room to her colleagues and asked her what are the ounces she's asking. She said it dosent matter we don't have that size right now. I said okay what is the other size and she just couldn't tell me ounces and I seemed to be bothering her with my question. Or she probably doesn't know the onces, but there is a way to respond and maybe go ask instead of yell acroos the room. I'll still come back but maybe be more cautious on asking this particular person questions as it seems to bother her.
My drink was delicious witch is a plus.

First time trying Movita Juice Bar and I couldn’t be more happy. This place is so good! I got a green juice and acia smoothie and they were so fresh! Well worth the price. To top it off, the moment I walked into the store Minerva greeted me with such warmness and I immediately felt welcomed. With my many allergies Minerva and Farrah both were very patient with me and had pleasant attitudes. I truly appreciate such genuine customer service. Thank you!!
I don’t know how my drink was made but it taste horrible ?I be had this exact drink from many different Movita juice bars but this time it was so bad I had to throw it away ? ?Complete waste of money.
