Hey Mrs. Fields. Especially the Mrs. Fields in the Northridge mall in Northridge California. You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to charge your customers almost $2 for a nibbler cookie ($1.89) (the size of a 50cent coin) and almost $5 ($4.89) for a single cookie (the size of a females palm). They've been on display since the morning and is now 330pm on a Thursday. Good people of America. Please don't waste your money on establishments like this that only want your money. I can understand for $5 if the cookie is mesmerizing and delicious and worth $5. Mrs. Fields is not it....

I hate to leave a bad review. However the one at Topanga does a deal for Buy 6 get 2 for free. I thought it was the same here. I was going to buy 6 and the employee told me I could only get 1 for free. I ended up only getting 3.They tasted like they were on display all day. Tasted very stale and did not taste like the ones I have from Topanga. I love the cookies there but it was a let down for Northridge. I'm very disappointed and will only go to Topanga for now.

Still amazing and great cookies but not as fresh as they used to be, they used to be always warm, soft & chewy and now you can tell they make one batch in the morning for the whole day

I love the white chocolate macadamia of them. It’s very delicious and fresh. This store seems very clean and beautiful. Also the employees are welcoming. I always have a good experience there.

This place is awesome!!! The cookies are super fresh and yummy and they are even better when warm!! Also the ice cream flavors are amazing and and even better when you get a milkshake ?!! My mouth is watering writing this review!! Also have a variation of drinks such as apple juice, Gatorade, chocolate milk, and much more!!

There is not a Mrs Fields where we live so every time we go out of town and run into a Mrs. Fields we can't resist. I have never had a Mrs. Fields cookie that I didn't like, well that was until I visited the Mrs. Fields in the Northridge Mall. We got 4 milk chocolate chip cookies and they were terrible! They were hard and dry! I swear they were last weeks cookies. C'mon Northridge, don't give Mrs. Fields normally delicious cookies a bad name!

I have never had a Mrs. Fields cookie that I didn't like, well that was until I visited the Mrs. Fields in the Northridge Mall. We got 4 milk chocolate chip cookies and they were terrible! I purchased the bite size cookies this weekend and was very disappointed - they were not cooked all the way so you can say they were raw on the bottom - this has happened before and i let it go - this time NO - i will try again but i really hope you cook them longer - the cookies were chocolate chip with walnuts
