BBQ pork tasted good, but meat were dry.
Kimchi Jun was very greasy. Don't recommend at all.
Chicken soup was good. Both the chicken and the soup were tasty.

After the payment they're hesitant to give you boxes to go and I ask a few times and they only gave me 1 box when I asked for 3
Or maybe because I only gave them 18% tip

I went to this place with friends, and I arrived first. One of the staff members(a senior lady) told me to wait until all my friends arrived, so I was waiting in the waiting area. I wanted to look at a menu while I was waiting, so I raised my hand. The lady saw me several times and ignored me. So, I politely asked her if I could have a menu. It seemed like she had trouble understanding English, and she got angry at first and cursed in Korean. She walked into the kitchen and complained about me to her colleague, another senior lady. I got closer and said, "Ma'am, I just want a menu while I am waiting." She then responded, "Oh, menu." I don't understand why she got so angry in the first place and cursed at me in Korean. I'm really disappointed with their service.

My god this place is so good. and they family style options. Yeah, it’s in the valley but don’t sleep on this joint. Every time I bring a Korean food fan here, they end up loving it too.

After a painful 15 minute call to order two dishes to pick up, the server hung up on me after failing to figure out what I wanted to order. By far, the most frustrating service experience I've had. Their food is decent but the terrible service makes me never want to eat here again.

The Galbimjim and Galbitang are amazing here. The short rib is tender and flavorful. The soup is perfectly seasoned without being too salty.I'm personally not a fan of the Korean radish, as it's a bit fibrous, but I still liked the soup regardless.Note that they charge $0.50 for each to-go container if you dine-in.

I submitted the rib soup, but it was really bad. I paid $24 for beef radish soup, which was too much, but it was so tasteless that I only ate half of it.
