Usually they do good at getting my order right, however during the rush they completely forgot to add my teriyaki chicken to my order, I hope I can get a refund or compensation for this but I already walked to the library to eat and only found out then.

typical panda express, v yummy and this one has been very fast whenever i’ve gone.
the workers there are just really bad. I can give specifics but yeah. couldve been one off day but I have been there twice now and its the same type of old story.

if you ever had to cancel part of your order here they will still charge you for it and refuse to fix it if found. The manager is a scammer and trys to "fix" it with a gift card of the amount, and trys evey possible way to NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! plus the free entree item they advertise is a scam they won't accept the coupon you get straight from panda express themselves!!!

They do a really REALLY good job… at forgetting things I ask for. I asked for soy sauce. A simple request. Not even one that’s too impactful but dang does it make me sad. Not only that but my fortune cookie? NO FORTUNE WTH MAN. I already gotta deal with classes why do I also have to deal with bottom level customer service.

Portions were ridiculously small. They had to put chicken back from my plate because the lady at the register said it was too much. I go to the official location off campus now, much better experience and more food every time.
I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Absolutely no communication between the employees, one of the employees tried putting the blame on me for getting my order wrong. He’s behind the counter trying to make a scene. They need to communicate and not blame the customer for their own faults. Portion sizes here are ridiculous too. I’ve been an avid Panda Express eater for years, this location consistently gives the smallest portions possible and says “it’s policy” when you ask for anything more than a the few pieces they put on the plate. I’d much rather go to any other panda location, this one does not do its customers right.

I don't think it's appropriate to have this much shrimp given to me when I'm paying extra for it, as a premium item. I even said something about it being a very small amount and nothing was done. Times are tough so I'm not interested in going to a place that charges extra for this.

They charged me for a Gatorade that I did not buy and already had.
