I noticed that Ms. Farah really put in the effort to really keep thing spotless clean. She's also very nice, and always has a smile on her face. Which is awesome to see.

First and last time here. Upon arrival, the workers are seeing that im waiting to order and they acting like they are wiping things down. 3 minutes i walk over and ask if there was someone that can help and you can hear the attitude in the tone and voice. Then they mess up a ladies order and dont seem to want to help her until I stepped in. Its a shame at the quality of service these idiots give. Not to mention the bathrooms smell horrendous. My first time visiting any Panera Bread. I appreciated that there are kiosks to make your order. The food is a bit pricey but it tasted great. My biggest issue was how dirty the place was.
There was a ton of trash on the floor. Most tables were taken but the ones that weren't were dirty and not cleaned after people ate there. But honestly the worst of all was that the corner of the wall where I was initially sitting had a ton of webs and dead spiders/bugs all over it. It grossed me out and I had to move.
This is the most convenient Panera Bread for me to visit so I really hope it'll be cleaner next time. I'm not really a clean-freak but that was next-level yucky.
The food was really good and comforting so I'll definitely be back.
Please avoid coming to this Panera Bread. The past couple of times i’ve gone, the wait time has been terrible. I ordered online for “rapid-pick up” at 12:45. I ordered half a sandwich, a soup, and a drink and got a pick up time at 1:30. I arrived at 1:30 and still waited an additional 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I then was given a cookie for the long wait, which didn’t make me feel better since i already had to basically wait an hour and fifteen minutes for 3 items. Mine and many other people’s orders were late. Please hire more staff or give correct pick up times to your customers. I will not be coming here again.

Disappointed, they used to have small tables to eat outside, not anymore, they had booths inside .. now there is mostly small chairs and tables, its dark and sad... (teens working there are nice ) .. we ordered two sandwiches 16.00 each, smoothie 8.00 , coffee 7.00 and pastries 5.00 each + taxes... over 60 dollars :(. Portos smoothies are 5.50 (larger smoothies) , fresh pastry from 1.50 and breakfast sandwich 7.99..Panera became too expensive for us and the place looks sad..

The place is full of homeless people sitting and sleeping inside, with a terrible smell everywhere. The staff don’t care or pay attention at all. Very unpleasant experience
