many preservatives in food and the sauces, the cheeses, the meat and pastries. I couldn’t even eat my food. It smell disgusting. I ordered the new croissant sandwich, ham and cheese -Super devastating -it’s triple what I would normally pay for a sandwich I threw it away. I couldn’t eat it -and I will never go there to eat again. I ordered a cookie and that was expensive -I and the cookie wasn’t that great on top of that was a normal size cookie. It wasn’t bigger than my hand & not the best quality for the value

Really disappointed in Panera Bread. Staff was fine at the location but I ordered chicken soup and only one tiny ass piece of chicken in soup for $11. This is why fast food restaurants like Panera bread will soon be out of business for over charging and not giving quantity.

Just want to give a shout out to Ethan who was very patient with me while I struggled to order because I don’t come to Panera super often. I loved his attitude and he is truly a person who knows how to provide great customer service. I’m very happy I was able to interact with him today :)
