Terrible service. We came in through the side entrance and asked someone where to go to be seated. They directed us to wait in front. We stood waiting, with me leaning heavily on my cane, while the place was half empty, and plenty of tables were free, but no one acknowledged us. After about 20 minutes of waiting I finally grabbed a chair while my friend flagged someone down and asked about being seated. They said someone would get to us and to please wait. After waiting another 10 minutes without being acknowledged, we finally left with others still standing there waiting to be seated. We won’t be returning.

The food was comparable to other locations, but the service is a bit lackluster. They were severely understaffed, which explains the long wait times and disorganized check-in system.
My main sore spot was that our server said it would cost extra to make my falafel platter dairy free (substitute the tzatziki for hummus). No other location charges extra for this substitution.
I settled for having the tzatziki separated in a bowl, but it came in the middle of my plate. I just ate carefully around it, but I was sad to waste food.
Otherwise, this location is clean and pleasant to dine at.

I finally had a chance to come to this Panini location. I been to the Burbank location already so I was already familiar with the place. I already knew that for any kabob place, if you order in person then it will take a while to cook because they don't make it until you place the order.
So I put in my order online and got the beef koobideh kabob single dish. I got it with Caesar salad and basmati rice. I arrived early to the restaurant and they were in the process of making my order. The place is very nice and spacious.
My order was ready at the time I pick on their website and I took it to the mall food court to eat it. The portion isn't really that much in my opinion. The kabob was cooked to medium rare but the color of my kabob didn't look like they grilled it. It looked to me like it was microwave or just heated because there were no grill mark on it. My dish was okay but I thought it lack a lot of flavor. Th customer service was good though.

Tried to dine in. Gave our order to another. Staff was nice enough to tell us their fault, working on it. I asked to make our order to go. Staff came back, said they made part of our salad order wrong, so took even more time. SHEESH-kebab!

I had a surreal and uncomfortable experience while dining at the Northridge location. We were served two salads that came with our entrée orders, and while we were mid-bite, a food runner came over and confiscated them, stating that the portion was larger than what I was supposed to get.
I’ve never had food taken from me while eating, especially due to a kitchen error. My girlfriend was mortified, and I was stunned. I asked our server what was going on, and she explained the same reasoning about the portion size.
I didn’t care about the salads itself, I would’ve gladly paid extra if it was an issue. But the whole interaction didn’t make sense. Was that salad meant to go to someone else? Was the rest of my plate going to be recycled into it? If it wasn't going to be recycled into someone else's plate, its supposed to get thrown in the trash for food safety reasons. So they chose to have a salad go directly into the trash rather than either have us finish it on the house or have me pay the upcharge? The way it was handled left a lot of questions and ultimately ruined the evening.
Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was baffling and disrespectful. I hope no other guest has to feel this kind of embarrassment over something so small and easily fixable.

Been waiting for a clutch Persian spot to open on this end of the valley and Panini fits the bill.

So, I'm a big fan of Panini Grill, and I been to most locations, however the deal breaker in this new location is the fact that they DON'T have fountain drinks. I was shocked to see they brought my drink in a can like a mon and pop Asian resturant. All the other locations have fountain drinks with refills, but not here. The food took a little too long for how slow the resturant was, but over all, not bad. Just fix the drink issue.

It recently opened and I was excited to try it, and I'm glad I did!
I got the Chicken Pesto Panini with Lentil Soup for take-out; the price ($15) is pretty decent considering it includes the side. The panini was really flavorful, the pesto tasted fresh and the chicken was cooked well.
It took a little under 15 minutes for me to get my order which is a decent wait time.
The restaurant is brand new and it looks really nice, especially with the lighting.

We were really excited to try this new restaurant near us and even brought our 4-year-old son. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We waited for more than 30 minutes for our food, only to find out (after my wife asked the servers) that they never even punched in our order. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff just pointed fingers at each other. What made it worse is that they didn’t even try to fix the mistake or input our order again. To top it off, the restaurant wasn’t even busy — there were plenty of vacant tables, so there was no excuse for the poor service. When my wife told them we were going to cancel, they showed no apology or concern at all. The service was careless and unprofessional, and the lack of basic courtesy made it worse. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place at all.
