The food was very good, I ordered the Alfredo Fettuccine and it comes with garlic bread that was good as well.
However, I came with my friend and the restaurant was practically empty and they took so long to ask us if we want anything to drink. Then, we didn’t receive our drinks until right before we got our food.
Despite that, our waiter was nice, and I would come back.

Went here for lunch, waited 50 mins and food never came, so I got up and left. Completely unacceptable and it saddens me to write this review because I love eating at this chain.

Went there at 5 on a Saturday with 12 people. Staff was very accommodating and worked to get us 2 tables next to each other.
Food was good. Panini steak sandwich was great. Overall happy with entire meal.
We did the family platters as well. Came out to about $25 a person with tips. Pretty good.

Kitchen ventilation is poor, all grilling smoke come inside and sits on you and causing eyes burning, when you leave the restaurant, the smell sticks on you!😒😮💨

Tried Panini Kabob Grill in the Northridge mall for the first time, and LOVED it! The variety of food is fabulous, service was fast (Jackie was amazing!), portions were huge, and a great value for how MUCH good food you get! So excited to have another favorite food place!

I really wanted to rate this place higher because the service and staff were absolutely amazing, genuinely one of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
Unfortunately, the food just didn’t live up to the same level. I started with the Chicken Vegetable Soup, which was actually quite good, warm, flavorful, and comforting. But the disappointment came with my main dish, the Combo Kabob Plate (chicken and ground beef). It just wasn’t what I was expecting. The flavors were flat and the texture was a bit off.
Was I expecting Raffi’s Place quality? No. But I can honestly say I’ve had better kabobs at Zankou.
If Panini Kabob Grill wants to truly shine, especially for the sake of their outstanding wait staff, I’d suggest reassessing the food quality to match the excellent service. There’s so much potential here, I really hope they step it up.

Placed an order only for my order to be canceled literally 10 minutes later. I assumed it was because I showed up 2 minutes later, to then being told it was due to the grill being shut down.
I went upstairs directly to their competitors and got my food anyways. Single-handedly killed any idea of me returning, I’ve been to the canoga park location NUMEROUS TIMES. I am unlikely to ever place an order here because first impressions are everything. Canceling my order because the “grill was closed” is so hilariously insane.
I’m glad your competitors got my money.

Terrible service. We came in through the side entrance and asked someone where to go to be seated. They directed us to wait in front. We stood waiting, with me leaning heavily on my cane, while the place was half empty, and plenty of tables were free, but no one acknowledged us. After about 20 minutes of waiting I finally grabbed a chair while my friend flagged someone down and asked about being seated. They said someone would get to us and to please wait. After waiting another 10 minutes without being acknowledged, we finally left with others still standing there waiting to be seated. We won’t be returning.

The food was comparable to other locations, but the service is a bit lackluster. They were severely understaffed, which explains the long wait times and disorganized check-in system.
My main sore spot was that our server said it would cost extra to make my falafel platter dairy free (substitute the tzatziki for hummus). No other location charges extra for this substitution.
I settled for having the tzatziki separated in a bowl, but it came in the middle of my plate. I just ate carefully around it, but I was sad to waste food.
Otherwise, this location is clean and pleasant to dine at.

I finally had a chance to come to this Panini location. I been to the Burbank location already so I was already familiar with the place. I already knew that for any kabob place, if you order in person then it will take a while to cook because they don't make it until you place the order.
So I put in my order online and got the beef koobideh kabob single dish. I got it with Caesar salad and basmati rice. I arrived early to the restaurant and they were in the process of making my order. The place is very nice and spacious.
My order was ready at the time I pick on their website and I took it to the mall food court to eat it. The portion isn't really that much in my opinion. The kabob was cooked to medium rare but the color of my kabob didn't look like they grilled it. It looked to me like it was microwave or just heated because there were no grill mark on it. My dish was okay but I thought it lack a lot of flavor. Th customer service was good though.

Tried to dine in. Gave our order to another. Staff was nice enough to tell us their fault, working on it. I asked to make our order to go. Staff came back, said they made part of our salad order wrong, so took even more time. SHEESH-kebab!
