Went once and they had one of the managers kids behind the counter (like younger than 5 year old). Felt a bit off/unsafe for them to be there. I ordered a coffee and they didn’t check on it, I had to wait nearly 15 minutes to ask why others had their coffee before and they said sorry bc sometimes their computer doesn’t send the coffee orders to the barista. I found this disheartening since I was within eyeshot those entire 15 minutes and there weren’t enough costumers to not notice. Finally, the order for the coffee was incorrect as I asked for almond milk and they didn’t add it. They offered to put it on the side even though the coffee was already made. I decided to cut my losses and just take it as is and deal with the consequences of being lactose intolerant. This was a one and done location for me due to all the aforementioned things I experienced.

If you want to wait 25 minutes for a heated pastry and a cup of coffee- with 2 customers in line , well then this is your place . Food is excellent. Now if they can just get the staff to want to work in an efficient manner it would be helpful. Very slow moving , with 1 person making coffee, heating your food and being a cashier. So it takes a while to get a cup of coffee. No one seems happy to be working. Hope they can get some people with personalities and energy.

The atmosphere could be cleaner but overall the sweets and pastries were pretty good it was fun to taste something different like this and it was cool to find something like this here :D since the ones I saw online were only in Korea 😭😫😖 Good thing I’m strict with myself or else I would’ve got fat from this place 😓 overall peak!

The pastries are SO delicious! Their sandwiches are good too. The rainbow cake is amazing! I can’t wait to try more of their cakes. I like that they also sell it by the slice so you know which one you like best when you order a full cake. They could definitely improve their customer service at the Northridge location. I’ve have good experiences at other locations, but that one could definitely use improvement.

Quite a large variety of options but the front counter service was lacking, I plainly asked for a raspberry lemon macarons by the time he got to my order he had forgotten and all he heard was lemon so he said they didn't have any and they were obviously in the window display as raspberry lemon
This was the mango lemonade, which tastes just like water with a lemon squeezed in it. If you like a slight lemon taste in your Mango Lemonade then you'll probably like this drink.

Took my family here yesterday around 7pm and found two nat flies INSIDE the case with beautiful desserts. I told the worker at the front desk and he seemed nonchalant about it only offering me a “oh okay” and continued not to do anything about it. I saw him bag up orders right after I told him what I saw, so if you ordered anything there yesterday after 7pm you ate stuff that had flies on top of it. Will never come back here again disgusting

Such an amazing bakery with many different types of bread to choose from. My personal favorite were the mochi donuts. I highly recommend them. It also has a really nice atmosphere and asthetic. Service was great as well and very polite throughout my whole stay.
