As a loyal Pinkberry customer, I’ve always enjoyed the brand’s consistent quality, fresh ingredients, and convenient app-based promotions. Unfortunately, my recent visit to this location left me genuinely disappointed and concerned about the direction of customer service here.
The manager was not only unprofessional but also outright rude. When I attempted to redeem a valid offer from the official Pinkberry app, it was dismissed without explanation. Instead of addressing my questions with courtesy, I was met with a condescending attitude and cold stares that made the experience feel hostile and unwelcoming.
To make matters worse, the serving sizes at this location are noticeably smaller than what’s standard at other Pinkberry stores. It feels like they intentionally under-serve portions, cutting corners in a way that’s both obvious and frustrating to customers who expect consistency for what they’re paying.
This visit reflected poorly on the Pinkberry brand. The manager’s unwillingness to honor legitimate promotions, combined with the subpar service and reduced portions, sends a message that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.
I hope Pinkberry’s corporate team takes note and addresses these issues. I truly enjoy the product and want to continue supporting the brand, but this location needs serious improvement in management and overall customer experience.
I came in about 30 minutes before closing almost every flavor was out and the lazy employees did not want to refill any of the machines. If you can’t accommodate your customers, then close your business early.
I'll start off by saying that the young man was nice enough, a little soft spoken, but okay service.
To start, they dont offer samples, then the employee serves the portions for you. Ive never been to a froyo place that has a limit on toppings. They determine how many scoops you get per size. Which if you want chocolate topping, its like $1.50 or so. Again, never been to a froyo place that charges for that topping since they go by weight. There are no water options in case you'd like a cup btw.
I asked for an extra cup so my boys can split their cup and he said no because the owner doesnt allow them to give an empty cup. We had to grab a lid and make that work. You'd think that if you're paying a certain amount of money, youd at least be able to get some water. There were no napkins out either, so bring your own. I only gave a second star because the employee was nice and the fruit seemed fresh. Won't be returning!! Owner, whoever you are, what is the reasoning behind no extra cup allowed? Or why is there no water available? Why do you guys get to determine how many toppings we get to have?
Rich yogurt
I have been coming here for 11years. This is my last trip here because of bad customer service. They don’t give empty cups, not even one with large orders. Really sad and shameful.

Genuinely such patient employees. The girl who took my order took the time to make sure everyone in our group got the right amount of toppings and made all of our yogurts beautiful!! The green apple and chocolate hazelnut were a big hit with out kids, we will be coming back soon!

Pink berry used to pack the servings with fruit and toppings and now they barely put any on it. The establishment was really hot inside and the staff looked burned out and unfriendly. When I asked why my purchase didn’t look the same as what they advertised, she stated, they ask us to put one scoop. She barely filled up the scoop and I showed her a picture of their advertisement and she ignored me. Saddest cup of pinkberry I’ve ever purchased. If you’re going to charge $8 for a small cup have the decency to fill my cup ??♂️.

Racial Profiling. Frustrating.I was picking up an online order, and there were over 8 people in line so i patiently waited til its my turn. But while waiting there were more people who came in to pick up their online orders. These people came in way longer after i got there but the person working only helped all the Latino community first. Im asian, and i still tried to tell her im just picking up my order but instead she told me in a rude tone and manner to wait. My bf is Mexican, he was in the car waiting on hazard. Told him what happened, he came in and not even one minute the lady gave our order right away. Never have i ever felt so discriminated only cos im not their kind. Smh Do better!

Just left Pinkberry. The young gentlemen who helped us at the counter was so great that I was compelled to leave this review while I’m here in the parking lot. Not sure his name unfortunately but his a young guy. It’s Monday May 13th at 8:55 pm so whomever shift this was. He’s super nice. Offered to keep our take home order to stay in freezer while we ate there. Just great attitude and smile. Thank you!
