Poor customer service from Catherine. It doesn't say anywhere that you are limited to 4 toppings. She didn't let us know until after we had already chosen toppings and pulls out a sticky note that only employees can see on her end. So dumb how are we supposed to know that. She also barely put any of the 4 toppings we asked for.

Wow! Just wow! The seasonal ube flavor is so delectable. I've been talking about the wonderful experience I had with the kind worker at the Northridge Pinkberry for almost a week. I almost drove away because this pinkberry is kind of hidden from the parking lot, but I am so glad I found it! I will be returning again tonight.

I wasn't going to post my experience, but I think it needs to be out there. First, it is very uncomfortable with the 10 security cameras not only throughout the store but pointing that the employees and the weight scale. With all the signage littered through the store and 10 signs before you come in, it's a wonder why there are so many rules and regulations to follow just to but a 10 dollar yogurt. The restroom is not to use, samples cancelled, and toppings are scarce. This place gives Pinkberry a bad name. I am posting photos of what I mean but the cameras and signage. Regarding my experience; I called in as we were driving out because I realized that the bottom of my cup was leaking and the yogurt on the bottom was chunky. Not to mention the lady putting on my topping was being very sloppy about the whole thing. I think I lost half of it. She said to come back and they will replace it, just hold on to the receipt. Well 4 days later I go back and have to reexplain to someone who cannot understand me since I don't speak Spanish. I end up talking to someone named Rosa who gives me such a hard time and wastes my time. After a horrible conversation, the Spanish speaking lady was obviously angry because she furiously made the replacement and slammed the yogurt on the scale and flung half scoops of topping onto the yogurt. Wow. Just wow. I didn't even speak with this woman. Anyhow, I figured I could have just done a chargeback, left a bad review, and called it a day, but honestly, what has the world come to have to complain about a 12 dollar order. Customer service is not what it used to be. I attached my receipt so you can see when this was and how such a measly transaction turned into such a bad experience. Also- holy cow- when did yogurt get so expensive, and why is 1 tablespoon of Nutella $1.50? Ridiculous.

Service is great! The person serving us was smiling and helpful. It's been awhile since I had been here so I needed the help. There are no samples available which is sad but I understand. Also, there is no public restroom. There are also some homeless people in the area.Parking is not too bad since there is a Costco and other businesses around.I like this place. Nice vibes.

Im very disappointed pink berry is one of my favorite places to get frozen yogurt but at this location they are super old-school they don’t take any other type of payment other than swiping your card or cash no tap no Apple Pay nada unless you have cash, please save your time. I literally wasted 30 minutes of my break coming here will not be coming back until they update their payment method.and that’s a maybe .

We typically order this on Postmates. Every time we order double of the same topping, they only do add one. I've only been able to get through to them once on the telephone after placing an order to check to see if they A: had the toppings that we ordered (nothing worse being out and not having them show up at all), and B: to make sure they review this thoroughly to see where double toppings were requested. I have gone as far as to email them and I still have yet to receive a response. Ordering this for a family of 5 is not cheap, hence why I go the extra mile to make sure it's done correctly. Please have better customer service. If you aren't going to answer the phone or return emails, please make sure you read over orders thoroughly.

Birthday freebee run!!! I stopped in to pick up my small treat with three toppings. I was helped immediately. And there was no wait. Display and trimmings were neat and clean. I enjoyed every bite. Paired mango and plain. Sign up for your free birthday treat. It's worth it.

Rip off they serve melted yogurt and they don't care they make you pay first and then they hand it to you. They won't even replace it. It's to late you already paid for it. No wonder they are going out of business.

too expensive for such a small portion

The 2 employees who assisted me today were not there the last few times I've been but they're def my favorite. MY and PEDRO are great..super friendly and great customer service compared to others who've helped me out on my past visits. Fresh ingredients and bomb frozen yogurt. My fav location by far! The new white peach flavor is reeeeaally good! Autumn apple cider is good too but I prefer original above all!
