Ordered a pizza over the phone. Easy enough, went to pick it up, I forgot my phone in the car so i went back to get it and then pay. In the mean time some angry girl decided to help people who’s pizza had just become ready, she decided to ask them a bunch of questions and ask them if the wanted a bag, and took her sweet time with them & then she said with attitude “ Nowwwww I can help YOUUUU” it was so condescending and unnecessary, and guess what? I got home & pizza was not even fully cooked. It was doughy and gross. Straight to the trash! Not eating uncooked pizza! I want my $10 back

The Pizza Hut on Reseda/Devonshire is GREAT, I like the people works there. HOWEVER, Pizza Hut as a BRAND is NOT GOOD.Pizza Hut is VERY EXPENSIVE because they do SERVICE Charges LOL... It's their JOB to make pizza, it's funny you pay for the pizza they make and EXTRA price because THEY ARE MAKING the Pizza.

THERE WAS A SHARD OF GLASS IN MY PIZZA. It was bigger than a quarter and when I chewed on it I though it was my tooth. I spit it out and tried calling the restaurant. I called them once and they haven’t picked up after that.

the breadsticks are 100/10. Must try, though the thing that caught me off guard was the pasta. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a while and noticed that they had changed the shape of the pasta, it used to be like swirled I guess but now it’s just like straight with edges at an angle. Obviously the shape wasn’t what bothered me but was the taste, the new one tasted rather bland and watery. I don’t know what it was, rather how it was made, or even if it’s just the taste of the new pasta, it’s gross. I wonder why they changed it. The old one was perfectly fine just the way it was. This pasta makes me never want to order from.any Pizza Hut.

This is my Favorite Pizza Hut! It is a bit farther from my home but the Outstanding Customer Service by Chris is well worth the extra distance. Chris goes the "extra Mile" to provide Superb service to all customers! Try the Melt...it is DELICIOUS!

This pizza and the Pizza Hut employee deserve no stars. This is our usual Pizza Hut spot, but no more. I ordered a cheese pizza with Roma tomatoes and received the pizza with tomatoes so burnt they look like mushrooms. I called the store and the person who answered told me, "the tomatoes are not burnt, that's just how they cook". I have NEVER seen burnt tomatoes on a properly baked pizza.I decided to try the pizza after removing the tomatoes; the pizza has zero flavor, minimal sauce, and was salty. I could have been more satisfied with a frozen pizza.I wish I had read the other Yelp reviews before ordering. I would have just driven over to Numero Uno instead having your so-called pizza delivered to me (Numero Uno's tomatoes are still red even after the pizza is fully baked, by the way). Also, your employees need more training in providing better customer service.Pizza Hut, this is completely unacceptable.
