I’ve gone to this place several times and it gets worse and worse, the fish is always warm and not fresh, the rice tastes sour and smells disgusting enough for me to throw out my food, i tried giving it the benefit of the doubt but it’s sad that i spent twenty plus dollars each time i came just for me to throw out the last three meals i’ve bought. I have no idea what’s wrong with their rice but it always smells bad and tastes sour like i said, it gave me a stomach ache the last time i went.

It’s always a 60% chance the food is gonna be fresh, the other 40% not…I come regularly and lots of times the fish and vegetables taste old. But when it’s good it’s good. 🤷♀️

At my first visit I kind of felled like the girl had an bad attitude instead of handling the food politely she just trowed in front of me but I did not say anything guess what today is 2nd time I came here she does same thing

Place looked a mess, employees were very careless, food was not fresh, some parts of my bowl were either lacking flavor, felt too fishy, or tasted overtly salty. Salmon is not good quality either. Overall nothing about this place made me want to come back again.

I’ve been coming to Pokitomik for over 2 years and always loved the food and service. But this last visit was absolutely unacceptable. The worker had an extremely rude attitude and after bagging my order, practically threw it toward me with a nasty tone, then dropped it like “here, fetch” instead of handing it politely. It was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and humiliating. One person’s behavior destroyed the experience and made me lose my appetite. After this experience, I’m never coming here again.

Great portions. However, all the proteins sitting in watery liquid. My bowl was soggy and not because of the sauce I used but tasted like soggy seafood. Place was messy. It looks like the owner doesn’t care to cleanup the place, there’s old reviews and you can add mine to the list. This location feels uncared for and needs better guidance. It looks messy feels messy, there were no drinks stocked. Cashiers seem unhappy, I don’t blame them but the overall mood when you walk in isn’t great, add the lack of customer service and it doesn’t help. I don’t blame the employees, but the owner this place lacks love and attention it has so much potential next to a university! I wish I would have enjoyed my food but it was just too soggy. They also had problems with the ordering system and it created a small wait. Please store your food better, especially seafood. Maybe add some music, to even the overall vibe, and definitely cover the food. I don’t know if that meets food safety requirements, but it sure affected the flavor of my bowl. Willing to try again maybe if things change. I really wanted to like this place.

Order on Uber Eats and got a two protein rice bowl. Spicy tuna texture was just off and the rice was a little undercooked. I don’t know if it was just a bad day or something, but I did not enjoy this food. I’ll have to give it another chance one day because it was from Uber eats and maybe the delivery delay did not showcase the best this restaurant has but I’ll try it again one time and judge again.

I’m hoping this was a one time thing - I got the Pacific bowl as part of a delivery and the salmon seemed quite off. I didn’t eat the bowl after my first bite. The salmon was mushy just looking at it and tasting it assured me it was off. Beyond that there was no mango in the bowl.
