I really love Potato Corner and come here often. The flavors are great, portions are satisfying, and when the fries are done right, they are absolutely delicious.

However, the biggest issue is consistency. Too often, the fries come out soggy instead of crispy, even when I specifically request them to be cooked extra crispy. Unfortunately, that request is sometimes ignored, which is disappointing because it makes a big difference in the quality of the food.

Potato Corner is at its best when the fries are fresh, hot, and crispy. Paying attention to customer requests and cooking the fries properly would greatly improve the experience. I still enjoy this place, but I really hope they become more consistent with how the fries are prepared.

This is my go to place here at the mall. The main lady there is always helpful and direct, and very obviously gets things done. Visited today, and they were obviously very busy and it was a bit of a wait, as expected. People were being so rude and impatient, even with knowing how busy they are but they handled it perfectly. It sucks customers are inconsiderate these days. Thank you Potato Corner team!!!

If I could give it a zero star I would.

I ordered potato tots to-go, not a mystery mix of burnt fries. What I got was lazy and careless. The fries were clearly overcooked and thrown in to fill space — and definitely not edible. It’s disappointing to pay for something and come home to this. Do better Northridge location!

Ordered the chicken tender combo over DoorDash, waited almost 2 hours. The order kept getting switched to different dashers. Called to see what was up and nobody answered either. Then they canceled the order on their end which was disappointing. If you plan on ordering delivery from here, you're either going to be waiting for hours or your order will get canceled. This isn't the first time either.
