Food was great ! And tasted amazing. Drinks were super good also. Waitress was very nice. Outside looked so nice to sit outside but it was so cold we sat in inside next time definitely want to sit outside next to the fire pits.

In my opinion, any decent Mexican restaurant can put together an acceptable plate of authentic Mexican food. This place accomplished that. Something I look for is their house chile and/or salsas. This place has average sauces. Nothing notable. Anyone can put together a chimichanga. The salsa can make or break the experience. Where they lost me and my party was when we received our bill. Come to find out that the mandatory 20% tip was already included. So that made us examine the inadequate service even more. Our server was M.I.A. most of the day. She never came around to see how we were doing or to offer us refills on our overpriced beverages. Also, she could have mentioned that a scoop of sour cream would cost an extra $3.00. When pressed on the bill situation, the cashier said that it was policy and that it was too late to change because the bill was already in the system. Como? Needless to say, no one in our party will be returning.

One star is too much. Service really bad waitress brought drinks after food was at table. And came back only because I stood up to call her over and give us the check. Food is better at Del taco. Don't come here

Terrible service and food. Do not come to this place you will regret it. I came in for the burrito and it was disgusting. Place wants to be authentic Mexican but is far from it

Service is terrible. Waitress never checks in and rolls her eyes every time you make a request to order anything. I order the two taquitos, one enchilada, and one chile rellano and if you want to pay $18 for a plate you won't touch and go down the street to McDonalds then this is the place for you. Was served dirty water and was told it was lemonade. When I asked them to take it back I received nothing but attitude stating it was lemonade and I was incorrect for the fact that it tasted like dirty water. Food tasted terrible and service matched.

First of all, the food was pretty good. Their house hot sauce was very weak, if you're a fan of hot sauce. Anyone can make a chimichanga. The hot sauce makes or breaks the experience. Atmosphere is what you'd expect. The big downer was that the Tip was already included in the bill. Surprise! That's probably why our server never came around to check on us and/or offer refills. Not cool at all. Oh yeah, and the clincher... almost $4.00 for an extra mini scoop of sour cream which they don't tell about when you request it. Not a big fan and I'm not in a hurry to go back.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant, I was excited to try,.we had a family get together and we all drove about 40 miles to meet here due to all of our locations. My family had some complaints, but I'll share mine. The food was "okay" service, also "okay", but when I got by bill, I noticed that I was charged $3.50 for a little side of sour cream, mind you when I brought to waitress attention and kindly asked her to remove that charge especially since I asked them not to put any salsa or guacamole on my order, but just wanted extra sour cream...she stated that she couldn't. I calmly asked her again...I need you to remove that charge, I've never been charged for sour cream,lol...she explained the owner instructed them to charge for everything! I told her if she couldn't remove it, unfortunately I will have to remove her gratuity which was $10. She said she would do that...I felt bad, but I felt like customer service was not priority...Shame on the owner for putting there customers and employees in such a bad position. That's bad business, I will never eat at one of these restaurants again. And I'm okay with that, I have my favorite "go to" Mexican restaurants?

READ ALL OF THIS REVIEW PLEASE......We USED to never go here. Never impressed with the food. We went to La Queso? on Balboa but the owner died and the family closed the restaurant. So we were at a loss for GOOD Mexican food. Salsa and Beer has gone waaay down real bad in quality so we don't go THERE anymore. So now what? We begrudgingly decide to go Los Tres because it was close to home BUT BUT BUT We Were In For A BIG Surprise! This Night...The Food was delicious!!!!!!!!!! I called over the waitress to ask what happened to the major upgrade in quality of food this evening and she said, "MARIO" was the chef that night! I mean, our meals were as delicious as Javier's in Century City and I mean it!Better actually~!Every bite was PERFECT and from now on, before we go again, I am going to call ahead and ask if Mario is cooking that night!Don't ever change Mario, because YOUR COOKING left us eager to return. YOU ARE THE BEST~!!!!! We left soooo impressed and soooo HAPPY~!!! Thank you for cooking our food SO Deliciously~!!!

Love what Tres Hermanos has done with the place! Nice open seating. New booths and floors and walls and tables and restrooms... it looks and feels brand new! Friendly, attentive service and food came out quick! The grilled chicken super tostada salad was yummy and plenty for two. Cadillac margarita was pretty good too!

CONSUMERS. BE AWARE OF GETTING OVER CHARGED EVERY TIME. This place is across the street from where I leave so I'm here a few times a month. Every since the new owners took over, they try to over charge whether it's by $1 or $4, they try. And when you tell them, they apologize and correct the over charge. But if you're not paying attention, you'll get scammed. So look at the menu and make sure the price that's on the menu is the price they're charging you. I literally let it go at least 10 times. Today, I'd just had it. They tried to charge me for a fajita supreme that supposed to have chicken, steak , and shrimp when I got the regular fajita with chicken and steak that is supposed to be $23.99. All the servers are in on the scam. It's so sad. Raise your prices if you have. Don't scam people.

This establishment may have been a great experience at one time BUT that is no longer the case. Food was not the quality you would expect. $7.50 for a small spoon of sour cream because they do not include ìt with the meal !?! It is a way to pad the bill.
