I would go to this location almost weekly. I never had an issue until one Saturday evening I decided to stop by and I regretted it. Jodie helped us out in the drive thru and I have never experienced worse customer service ever! I will not be coming back to this location although it was the closest option to me. Unacceptable.
I know it's not healthy but I'm obsessed with the chicken. I get to go all the time for my family. I love the coleslaw.
I love this chain of restaurants. And the kids that work there are always really polite. But I've noticed since they're opening they have declined in the quality of their food. It's not as crispy as it was when they first started and the pieces you can barely find. This particular canes tends to give you the short end of the deal as far as chicken is concerned. Not sure why
Typically VERY packed with people and the staff can be a bit disorganized.
Everything is really over hyped. The soda’s were flat not carbonated at all and the chicken tenders tasted more like fish. Costco has better chicken tenders. Only good thing was the sauce that had a pizza type of taste
Alisha La Montee is one of the hardest-working people at Cane’s, and even though she’s usually behind the scenes in the kitchen, her impact is front and center every time. Whether she’s making sure every box is put together perfectly or keeping things moving during a crazy rush, she handles it all with focus, speed, and consistency. You might not always see her when you pull up, but trust me—she’s the reason your order is hot, fresh, and right every single time.
There have been times I’ve seen her helping out in the drive-thru, and even then she keeps that same energy. Calm under pressure, quick with solutions, and just overall solid. She’s the kind of team player every store wishes they had—someone who steps in wherever needed, takes pride in the little things, and never cuts corners. You can tell she holds herself to a high standard, and it makes a difference.
Cane’s is lucky to have her on the team. People might not always realize who’s working hard in the back to make it all run smoothly, but Alisha deserves the recognition. She’s one of those rare people who keeps things steady behind the scenes and makes everyone else look good in the process.

food is overrated, but its not terrible. the chicken doesnt have much flavor to it, but everyone i know hypes it up like it is. a bit disappointing that they dont add seasoning or sauce to their chicken, yes they have their dipping sauce but thats underwhelming too.
its loud in the building, not just from the kitchen but the music that plays, unnecessarily and unbearably loud.
the employees are kind and friendly though, asked how our day is going, giving us recommendations and suggestions, always asking if we want anything.
raising cane's is overall ok, its not a place i find myself frequently going to but ill suck it up if its a place my friends want to go to

Went to this place for lunch today and it wasn’t busy. So why was the chicken soggy and very small? I hope this place starts shaping up because the Raising Canes in OC beats this Northridge location by a long shot. The OC location they give portion’s that aren’t small and don’t just give you a small pinch of fries. I asked for 1 extra sauce and was asked for 40 cents. No thanks! Was so disappointed with this Northridge location., I hope management sees this review and start making some changes.

Shame to pay $.50 for extra sauce. McDonald gives 10 sauces free.
First time I went, the food ufff... 10 points, the place is cool and the service A1 and the good thing is that it is pet friendly ♥️

Kids love this place. Not sure if it’s the sauce or the chicken fingers or maybe the fries.
