Every time we eat here, my husband is disappointed, but my teens seem to like it. I honestly don’t get the hype. The chicken is just okay to me, and the only thing I really like is the bread. It’s fine if the kids want it, but it’s not something I’d choose myself.
Very great customer service compared to the first time I was there I felt like the cash register at the drive-thru was a bit rude and this time a young hispanic male maybe about 18 19 years old was just very helpful polite and respectful when taking my order I will definitely becoming again and more often now thanks to this experience that I've had
Waiting for food outside and apparently outdoor speaker with order ready announcements wasn't working. My food sitting there for several minutes. Ketchup dispenser wasn't working and had to go back up to counter for packets. Would be nice to have BBQ sauce and ranch packets easily available on counter. Chicken and fries were great. Love the small ice from fountain drink machine. Bathroom usage was annoying had to wait and get a code.
