Ordered food & was set for a 30 min pickup time. Since it was a Friday night we waited & went in 10min after pickup time & my order wasn’t even being made yet. I asked for an update & was told they were slow & they would get me an update when they could. After waiting a hour I was told it would still be another 10 minutes until my order would be ready. I waited in the restaurant for over a hour & 20 min until the order was actually ready. Staff wasn’t very concerned at all which made the experience even worse. Felt bad for the poor hostess who had to deal with the pickup orders & take responsibility rather than the manger(s) who were nowhere to be found.

Came here with a party of 17 for a Coaches meeting. If you accept reservations you should be prepared to service that reservation. Ordering drinks was great, appetizers were awesome, after that is when the night turned for the worst. We decided to order the group party platters because they were the best deal. But if we knew it was gonna take 2½ hours to get our food, we would've left after the drinks and appetizers. The timing of the platters and other dishes we ordered came out at different times of the night. We ended up passing around someone's bowl or fried rice after the first hour. It was all bad. We will definitely NOT be coming back to this restaurant. They did take some of the items off the tab but by then, the night of fun was ruined. Next time, we most definitely will take our $800 tab elsewhere.

Food was okay but by the time all out food got there it took around almost an hour, the service was terrible too the manager came to our table while we were waiting for our last plate of food and said we ether had to rush out the food or wait 10 minutes on top of the hour we spent waiting for it, there was no sorry or nothing like that just a manager with attitude. Would not recommend

My order was take out. I came early and was happy to hear my order was ready. Unfortunately whenI got home I saw I was missing 1 sushi and another roll was made incorrectly. I came back a got my missing sushi and they gave me a new roll to replace the one made incorrectly- unfortunately the roll fell apart. The portions are a bit small as well. Just can’t win.

The food is really good, but there are no prices listed for anything anywhere on the main menus. It seemed like an inconvenience to get prices, although prices ARE listed on GrubHub. There is a happy hour menu that has pricing and limited options.
Also, the music is too loud. I'm sure some crowds like it, especially later in the night. Of course, you can't please everybody, but maybe a compromise is in order... keeping it lower for lunch and early dinner, then crank it for the party crowd later.
The staff is all very friendly and eager to make your dining experience a good one, so the constructive criticisms are aimed more at the management to consider options that might appeal to a larger group of people.
Overall, a pretty good dining experience.

I had an amazing time at Razos Sushi Restaurant! The sushi was delicious, but what really made the night was Ambar. She was super friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

I really loved this place. But Went on a Saturday in June and had the worst food poisoning. The fish must have not bebe fresh. I was very sad because I loved it here.
