Food was okay but by the time all out food got there it took around almost an hour, the service was terrible too the manager came to our table while we were waiting for our last plate of food and said we ether had to rush out the food or wait 10 minutes on top of the hour we spent waiting for it, there was no sorry or nothing like that just a manager with attitude. Would not recommend
Good food.I wish the service was a little bit more attentive, but they have more chefs than they do waiters
My order was take out. I came early and was happy to hear my order was ready. Unfortunately whenI got home I saw I was missing 1 sushi and another roll was made incorrectly. I came back a got my missing sushi and they gave me a new roll to replace the one made incorrectly- unfortunately the roll fell apart. The portions are a bit small as well. Just can’t win.
The food is really good, but there are no prices listed for anything anywhere on the main menus. It seemed like an inconvenience to get prices, although prices ARE listed on GrubHub. There is a happy hour menu that has pricing and limited options.
Also, the music is too loud. I'm sure some crowds like it, especially later in the night. Of course, you can't please everybody, but maybe a compromise is in order... keeping it lower for lunch and early dinner, then crank it for the party crowd later.
The staff is all very friendly and eager to make your dining experience a good one, so the constructive criticisms are aimed more at the management to consider options that might appeal to a larger group of people.
Overall, a pretty good dining experience.
This place is not a sushi bar. Is a sport bar serving some sushi. The ambient ia too noisy, not ideal to have a conversation. Is you are looking for real sushi. This is not the place
I had an amazing time at Razos Sushi Restaurant! The sushi was delicious, but what really made the night was Ambar. She was super friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

I like the atmosphere and the food was good. The waitress was nice but she forgot about 3 plates we ordered and our appetizer we got at the end of the meal.

Wow was it hot! First time here and probably not coming back until the temps reach below 70. The patio ambiance was nice but the fire pit was def unnecessary and probably added to the hot musty air which led to warm sushi and drinks. Pancho Villa, as the waitress’ name badge displayed, was a kind person who offered her apologies and kept bringing us cool water. She is the only reason I wouldn’t give this place one star. Now back to the Pancho…I don’t know how to feel about it being that we are in a very controversial era with labeling being a thing more than ever, the owner should really think of what they use for branding. Having your staff wear a badge with that name can bring a lot of bad publicity real quick, maybe try staying politically correct for the good of our generation and ancestors. Now if only one of the 4 chefs would come over and fan the guests, I might consider making another visit before we hit winter, if there is even such a thing for California anymore. Going to wrap up the review and wipe the sweat behind my knees before leaving and hoping for a cool breeze while I head out.

The food is great in this location, but the wait time to get your food is a bit too much compared to other similar restaurants. cost is also a bit more than other locations but overall a good experience.

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch. The food was good. We ordered 4 things and it was about $90 just for the two of us. The service was AWFUL!!! We were the ONLY two in the restaurant it was about 3:30 when we got there on a Tuesday. We were told we can sit anywhere after standing in the lobby for about 5 minutes. We sit down a guy came to the table took our drink order. We asked the prices to see if it was AYCW or just per roll. He was CLEARLY annoyed. He told us about 15 per roll then pointed out a few rolls that were 20-22 each. I went online to view the menu so we can see prices. The guy asked if we wanted any appetizers and we said no and he left. He never came back. A female started helping us out. Didn't offer refills. She took our order. Brought the food and didn't see her anytime after that. After we finished eating (AGAINNN the only 2 people in the entire restaurant) it took about 15 minutes to get our waitress' attention for the bill. I understand sometimes it's understaffed, having to prepare for the dinner rush, but this was unacceptable!! The food was awesome. It was my first time there and I did enjoy the food. The atmosphere was nice also, it was very clean. The music was sort of loud but genuinely enjoyable!! Everything was great except the terrible service.

Stay away from this place please. Service sucks. The manager Joseline is so incompetent and rude. Food took 2 hours and no apologies or remorse. It was a waste of time. Never come here please.
