Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Flat adhesive-backed carpet squares look so worn out and dated; they made the restaurant look very drab. In fact, I would have walked right back out the door if not for my friend who really wanted to stay. We were hungry for a late lunch/early dinner.

After about a 10-minute wait, we were seated in a booth. Our server returned with our beverages, answered some questions and we placed our order. Everything was pleasant and leisurely ... until it WASN'T!! A group of three mom's and at least eight kids were seated in a room right next to us that has three walls but no doorway. Those kids were turned loose to talk and yell and play as if they were in a chuck-e-cheese. Let me just say, cheap carpeting does nothing to absorb noise!

Instantly we could no longer hear eachother speak. The server brought our salads but we could no longer hear her. She graciously relocated us to another server's area. Although we were at least 40-feet away, the noise carried and it was still challenging to converse.

Now we were seated next to the access to the outside sidewalk patio. It was an unreasonably cold L.A. evening, neither of us had jackets, so we kept getting blasted by artic air every time the door opened. Let me tell you, it was frequent because someone's dog on a leash on the patio kept tripping the sensor.

To sum it up, our food was delicious but I'm not inclined to ever return. They need to do address the acoustics, at least in that one room and everything will be better.

My boyfriend and I decided to get Red Robin because we wanted to try it, so we get into queue and we get seated and honestly the first thing I noticed was how dirty the restaurant was. I am not the type of person to notice this, but it was way too noticeable. The floors were unswept, there was no busser, it was honestly disgusting and seeing a buffalo sauce splatter on the floor, for over an hour, and no one cleaning it up, along with wrappers and fries on the floor. Just seeing that took away my appetite. Also the people next to us was a son and his dad and they had ordered food before us and we got our food first which was odd and then the restaurant messed up on the dad’s food twice and the manager that “apologized” for the inconvience was so rude to the dad when he mentioned that the order was wrong again. Like he already waited an hour for his food and it was either remake or refund. Like come on, first your restaurant is dirty, next your cooks aren’t making the food correctly, and now I have rude manager not offering an obvious solution of like a coupon for next time, or a remake and a refund. Like I get not offering that if it happened once, but twice. Anyways, I know this place is known for their burgers and my boyfriend said the they got burger was really good but I decided to get the Fish and Shrimp chips and it tasted like food you could get at the dollar tree and microwave. Not hating on dollar tree but my plate was $21 and to taste that bad is ridiculous. Anyways, I bet the burgers are amazing, but this specific location was not clean, it was unsanitary, and super rude managers to their customers. I would not reccommend this location.

I got a to go order and it was buffalo wings and fried pickles. The wings were not ready when i got there and were soggy once they arrived. I immediately gave them back and asked just to swap gor a chicken sandwich which was a $1.50 difference. I was more than happy to pay the difference but Alejandra the manager 01/04 1230pm told me she would have to refund the whole order and i pay again. I told her that seemed like a lot for. A $1 difference and her tone and demeanor was so unprofessional. She gives a very racist vibe. I will be contacting corporate. Now she is intentionally taking a long time to provide my refund and i am sitting in the establishment uncomfortable

Food quality I feel has gone down the last few years. The bottomless caesar salad was great with the meal, however the dressing was a bit salty. The atmosphere is what you'd expect with Red Robin, and the service was excellent. Hopefully food quality makes a comeback.

Food was good, though the portions of fries were really small. However, the service was awful, waited around for 30 minutes until a waitress passed by to get our drinks and fries refilled. Not much use to unlimited refills if you can never get them in a timely manner

The staff and service is amazing I do love how they greet you as you come in and seat you at your seat but however the order came out wrong twice. I have informed the server for the Red Robin Royal with no cheese because I am lactose intolerant and for the burger to be well done. I have a weak stomach so I always ask for it to be well done so when I received the burger they still put cheese so I asked them if they can take the cheese off cause I have asked for no cheese and when I received the second burger it had no cheese but I didn’t realize the burger was medium rare after I was done eating it. The next day I woke up to sharp pains in my stomach and I had to seek urgent care to get checked out and turns out I have food poisoning from eating at this establishment.

sat in bar , bartender was overwhelmed with his customers plus filling orders through the restaurant . took ten minutes before he took our order.
took about 5 minutes to get an ice tea and another few minutes for a beer.
order came about 10 minutes later with cold garlic fries.
bartender made the effort but had no support from other staff

Really fun and delicious burger joint. The service is top notch and the place is just fun. I love that they have bottomless sides and you can choose what you want.

It was ok. The only reason I went there was because BWW was packed and was an hour wait. 😆 And Red Robin was 5 wait. I should of waited 1 hour. I got the wings and they were ok. The steak fries were a little dry. Service was good tho

Absolutely love this location! The staff is amazing and always so positive and on top of everything! They always make you feel apart of the family. It's always nice to feel welcomed and just enjoy a good meal.

I am thoroughly impressed with this restaurant, where the food is always superb and the staff is remarkably friendly and accommodating. Devon, our server and bartender, ensures that our weekly Saturday visits are nothing short of exceptional, providing top-notch service and a fantastic atmosphere.
