The staff were all super friendly and the food was incredible! The food was not very expensive, especially for how much great food they give you! I definitely will keep coming here when I'm in the area and would recommend it to my friends as well.

I got pad thai noodles and shrimp with salt and pepper, and the food are tasteless, literally no flavor at all. I spent $10 for it, not worth it. Don’t waste your money here.

Honestly some of the best Thai food I have ever had! No other Thai restaurant that I have been to offers chicken and shrimp fried rice. Their noodles and pad Thai is also very tasty. The basil chicken, pepper shrimp, basil beef and spicy chicken are thr best itmes on their menu. Even though they are in the food court at the mall, there is such a huge variety of items that you can order and I cannot wait to try them all. They are not very expensive to begin with, especially being in a mall food court. The employees are always so friendly and polite and there is always seating available.

Tried this place for the first time, honestly didn't have too high of an expectation because of the reviews.I had the wonton soup. The soup was very salty, the wontons were just alright and the noodles were pretty obviously old and almost stuck together into a patty. I kept eating though because, again, I already didn't expect much.But as I ate I found a maggot or some kind of fly larvae floating in the soup so we stopped eating. I kept the larvae on a chopstick and showed them and got a refund for the soup.They didn't give us any trouble, but I do wish we got our whole meal refunded because we didn't really feel comfortable eating anything else. We won't be coming back, considering this place already seems to have had issues in the past and haven't seemed to fix them.

After COVID i found they over cook last day food and taste is horrible they mix noodles from last day no taste is bad everybody suffer low income with COVID but use last day put attention on your costumers

This is a fast food Asian place so you shouldn't have high expectations and it's also in the mall. Since I met up with my girlfriend at Macy and I haven't ate dinner yet, I was craving something. Ruby Thai Kitchen was one of the only food place inside the mall that was open due to covid. They only had 1 person ordering something when I walked in. The lady working acknowledge me right away and said she can take my order. I got the 3 combo with chow mein noodles, spicy Thai chicken, beef & broccoli and spicy beef. They also let you try the dish before getting it in your combo if you want to try it. They give you a decent portion of all the dish, it will fill you up. Yes it's likely going to be greasy and not healthy but isn't that the point of "fast food" and it's Asian food. I like what I got and it filled me up, I even have some leftovers which can be my lunch again tomorrow. Also keep in mind to hold your food container from the bottom and make sure it's not at a angle because it will start to leak out.
